As someone who’s followed a lot of personal journeys, I’ve been keeping up with Denise Richards’ situation, and she recently opened up about her divorce. This comes after a judge granted her a five-year restraining order against her soon-to-be ex-husband, Aaron Phypers. It’s always tough when relationships end, and she’s finally starting to share her side of things.
“I’m doing well, though it’s been a journey,” said the 54-year-old actress during a BravoCon panel in Las Vegas. “I’m very grateful for all the support I’ve received.”

After accusations of physical abuse, a Los Angeles court ordered 52-year-old Mark Juhas to stay away from the person he allegedly abused, stop all threats and harassment, and give up any guns he owns. The court also prohibited him from sharing intimate photos of the accuser.
Cameron Phypers, who goes by the name Phypers, claims he never physically hurt the woman, who was born in Illinois. However, he was arrested on October 17th and faces charges related to incidents from 2022, including harming a spouse and threatening someone to prevent them from being a witness.
After six years of marriage, the former CEO – who currently reports no income – filed for divorce from Richards on July 7th and is requesting approximately $105,000 per month in spousal support.
The star of ‘Her Wild Things’ is asking her alleged abuser, Phypers, to cover her legal fees and any costs related to the abuse. She’s also requesting that he complete a year-long program for people who commit domestic violence.
They first started dating in December 2017, shortly before his divorce from Nicollette Sheridan, the actress known for “Desperate Housewives,” was completed in 2018.
Denise Richards has two daughters: Sami, age 21, and Lola, age 20. They are from her marriage to Charlie Sheen, which lasted two years and ended badly in 2006.
In 2011, the executive producer of Riff Raff adopted his 14-year-old daughter, Eloise Joni Richards, and raised her as a single father.
Kim Richards is joining the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for its fifteenth season, which will begin airing on Bravo on December 4th.
The actor, known for his work in ‘Starship Troopers,’ revealed during a Q&A session last Saturday that he’s appearing in a few upcoming episodes of a show.
‘[It’s] just an appearance, not even a “friend of.”‘
When questioned about potentially becoming a full-time cast member again, Richards hinted that discussions were ongoing, saying, ‘We’re in talks.’
