Demi Moore wows in blue leather flares as she joins chic co-star Margaret Qualley for London screening of their new horror film The Substance

On Tuesday evening, Demi Moore and Margaret Qualley were present at the advance showing of their upcoming film, The Substance, in London.
At the Everyman Cinema in Chelsea, the actresses made an appearance together with their director Coralie Fargeat. This was during a movie screening and a discussion event.
Demi walked with confidence into the venue, looking stunning in her matching blue leather flared pants and sweater.
Margaret meanwhile kept things chic and simple in a sheer black knit dress.
In a global release next month, the gripping thriller “The Substance,” starring several talented actresses, will be unveiled. This film had its premiere at the Cannes Film Festival earlier this spring.
61-year-old Demi portrays the role of Elisabeth Sparkle, a once celebrated fitness instructor, who chooses to test an innovative serum, hoping it will rejuvenate her and enhance her appearance to a more youthful state.
Margaret, 29, plays Sue, the young woman Elisabeth metamorphosizes into.
At its debut during the Cannes Film Festival in May, the movie was greeted with overwhelming praise and even earned a 13-minute long standing ovation.
It’s made news too that screen legend Demi appeared in a scene featuring full-frontal nudity, alongside Margaret.
Earlier, she shared with Variety that it was simpler for her to enact those scenes with her fellow actor standing nearby.
In a particular scene, Demi is seen without clothing, as the character portrayed by Margaret goes through a symbolic birthing process. This sequence highlights the older actress meticulously observing her own body, followed by Margaret’s character looking at her physical form in an uncovered, frontal shot.
Demi clarified: ‘I had an exceptional companion whom I felt extremely secure around. Naturally, we became quite intimate – physically bare – and found plenty of humor in the strange circumstances that occasionally arose.’
‘But ultimately. it’s just about really directing your communication and mutual trust.’
Demi’s show was labeled as ‘bold,’ and during a press conference following the film screening at Cannes, her co-star Dennis Quaid described her return to Cannes as an ‘extraordinary finale.’
The Substance will be released on September 20.
