Through their recent posts, fans were afforded an uncommon peek into the life of Willis, who stepped away from the limelight following his retirement from acting in 2022 due to aphasia diagnosis.

It’s heartening to know that alternative paths exist, and it can inspire others. Life certainly continues after divorce, and it’s possible to co-parent with affection.
Last year, their daughter Rumer spoke to Fox News about her father, saying: “This ordeal has shown us how much our father is cherished, and this affection has been clear from the openness with which we’ve been communicating.
If we can share our experiences in a way that inspires hope, no matter what our shared situation is within the family, it seems incredibly valuable. It could offer hope and solace to others going through similar situations. To me, this act of empathy and understanding is… everything.
