Demi Moore reveals how daughter Tallulah reacted to THAT sex scene with Rob Lowe in ’80s rom-com About Last Night

The chemistry between Demi Moore and Rob Lowe was palpable, not just on screen, but off it too, as their past romance added an undeniable spark to their performances.
It seems that Tallulah Willis found it difficult to witness her mother, Demi Moore, in an intimate situation with a man, more than four decades after the event occurred.
During a recent chat on Late Night with Seth Meyers, a well-known actress from the film industry opened up about her family and casually mentioned that her youngest child found it necessary to stop watching an ’80s romantic comedy titled “About Last Night.
As it turned out, she found it uncomfortable to witness an intimate scene between her mother and Rob Lowe, even if it was staged specifically for the filming.
Moore mentioned, “Since I’ve been away a lot due to my movie, ‘The Substance’, she watched ‘About Last Night’ as a way of missing me.” This implies that the person is currently promoting her latest film.
Moore spoke on behalf of Tallulah, saying, “Then I didn’t understand there were explicit scenes and had to switch it off,” but later clarified, “She didn’t explicitly mention ‘sex.’ She merely said, ‘I was surprised they had such scenes.’

During filming of a love scene together, Lowe unintentionally let out a painful yelp instead of the intended dramatic groan, as he had actually torn his knee ligament at that moment.

In simpler terms, the Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) is a band of tissue inside the knee, often injured during quick actions or shifts in direction, such as those that occur in sports like football or basketball.
At that moment, the director wasn’t aware of it, but he was handling a situation that could turn into an emotional turmoil, given the troubled pasts of his main actors.
In his writing, Zwick expresses that Demi was incredibly open with her emotions, which the camera found appealing. Moreover, both actors displayed a great deal of readiness and cooperation, considering the explicit nature of the scenes they had to perform.
In relation to a past romance between the two leads, the director of The Last Samurai disclosed: ‘I discovered they had previously been involved romantically only after they had both been cast.’
To make things even more intricate, Demi was the girlfriend of Rob’s longtime friend, Charlie Sheen (Emilio Estevez). Despite understanding that these situations were primarily technical rather than intimate, there was still a hint of unease among them.

Indeed, “About Last Night” was right there among these cinematic gems of the 1980s.
Together with Tallulah, Moore also has two other daughters – Rumer (aged 36) and Scout (aged 33) – who were born to her former spouse, Bruce Willis (age 69), in addition to them.
In 1987, Willis and Moore crossed paths for the first time during a showing of the buddy cop action comedy movie “Stakeout”. Remarkably, they got married later in the very same year.
In 2000, they eventually decided to divorce, yet they’ve kept a strong bond throughout the years. One reason for this is their shared responsibility of raising their daughters together.
