Forty-year-old Australian pop sensation, who’s often referred to as a princess, wed her long-term partner and musician, Matthew Copley, in the charming, sunlit nation of Malta – the very same place they became engaged last year.
On Monday, a grand multi-day event unfolded – that was none other than their wedding, graced by their closest loved ones.

On April 26th, the artist known for “The Innocent Eyes” celebrated her hen party in Sydney, with her dearest friends in attendance, prior to embarking on a trip abroad for an extravagant event.
Recently, the singer completed a special run of performances in the United Kingdom, celebrating two decades since the release of her famous Mistaken Identity album. However, it was not only her voice that sparked conversations among the audience.
At the Hackney Empire’s show, Delta was seen sporting a dazzling diamond-studded band on her ring finger, along with her three-carat engagement ring.
The surprising find had fuelled speculation Delta may have quietly tied the knot with Matthew.
Though the couple did not confirmed any nuptials, the lavish band didn’t go unnoticed.
Yet, on the UK talk show Loose Women the day prior, Delta did not don the diamond ring, further fueling the enigma surrounding the ring.
In September 2023, Delta, known for keeping her personal matters under wraps, accepted a marriage proposal from Matthew, her long-time guitarist and creative partner.
Malta holds a particularly special place in Goodrem’s heart.
Apart from serving as the location for her romantic proposal with Copley, this place carries significant personal and professional connections for the singer as well.
In a YouTube video posted in 2023, Delta discussed her special connection with the South European country.
She went on to reveal her fiancé’s roots.
She mentioned that everyone in her family is from Malta, then explained further that a significant number of her bandmates and vocalists for years also have Maltese ancestry.
It is understood that they were introduced by mutual friends.
In an uncommon conversation with HELLO! back in November 2020, Delta referred to herself and Matthew as a strong pair or team.
