Deepak Chopra Unveils Surprising Secret to Mending Royal Family Rift with Harry!
He’s revealed that his friends, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, are finding it difficult to reconcile with the rift that has emerged between them and the Royal Family following their interview with Oprah Winfrey and the release of Harry’s book, “Spare.
However, Deepak Chopra, an Indian-American expert in alternative medicine whom Meghan considers her ‘spiritual guide’, proposes a method to bridge the gap – by offering spiritual advice.
The key figure in such a process, says Chopra, is undoubtedly the King.
During my latest trip to London, I found myself sharing with you – as an ardent admirer – the thought that strengthening bonds between royalty and spiritual guidance could be beneficial. This was expressed during a tranquil meditation session I conducted at Jugad restaurant in Camden, where a ‘conscious dinner’ was being held.
I’d be pleased if [King Charles] indeed sought spiritual guidance from Chopra, given that Chopra, at 78, may have just as deep an understanding of Harry and his wife’s mindset as any of their more youthful companions.
In addition to being Meghan’s spiritual guide, Chopra has additionally collaborated with the couple on a professional level, featuring in their debut podcast on Spotify.
Despite his thoughtful input, it didn’t prevent the audio company from canceling the series. Later, a prominent executive at Spotify, Bill Simmons, succinctly labelled Harry and Meghan as ‘manipulative opportunists’.
Chopra doesn’t typically prefer such a language style. On the contrary, he strongly advocates for letting go of hostile emotions, especially for individuals facing health issues like the King who has cancer, as this practice can be particularly advantageous in their circumstances.
He muses that it has become clear that all long-term illnesses are associated with these three factors: inflammation, stress, and feelings of sadness or hopelessness.
‘A low level of inflammation in the body is linked to a wide range of chronic health issues, including cancer. Only about five percent of diseases have a genetic basis, while over ninety-five percent are influenced by factors such as diet, breathing, digestion, mental state, emotions, relationships, and social interactions.’
