An initial vocabulary of 13,522 unique words was derived from the corpus, represented as a 55,968×13,522 matrix detailing term frequency. This large vocabulary was then reduced to a focused set of 586 words through techniques including stop word removal, stemming, and lemmatization, utilizing the Natural Language Toolkit (NLTK) and WordNet. Factor analysis, specifically exploratory factor analysis (EFA) implemented within SAS Software, was utilized to reduce the dimensionality of the lexical data derived from the review corpus.
