Debbie Harry, 79, looks youthful as she dons a sheer blouse to celebrate her new Gucci campaign with an intimate dinner in New York
As a lifestyle expert with a penchant for timeless elegance and a deep appreciation for the power of reinvention, I find Debbie Harry’s latest appearance at the Gucci campaign celebration nothing short of inspiring. At 79 years young, she continues to push boundaries and defy expectations, much like her iconic music career.
On a bustling Tuesday night in New York City’s Manhattan, Debbie Harry was a sight to behold as she commemorated her latest Gucci venture at an exclusive dinner held at Manuela.
The American singer, 79, was dressed to impress in a black sheer mesh blouse which she teamed with a strappy top beneath.
She matched the number with a pair of straight-legged pants and boosted her height with a pair of tall, burgundy boots.
Loosely letting down her lengthy golden hair, the One Way or Another performer carried her possessions in a stylish Gucci bag and sported a sophisticated makeup look.
Debbie was accompanied by the stylish 33-year-old singer, Kelsey Lu. She wore a coordinated outfit consisting of a grey blazer, a long skirt in the same shade, and a pair of black brogues.

After the ex-rebel rockstar Debbie lately confessed that her rowdy past is now history, she’s found a new passion in knitting.
In the past, a woman who struggled with heroin addiction (previously a member of Blondie) mentioned that she had tried numerous things during the height of their band’s popularity.
She shared with The Big Issue: “I’m eager to see how I’ll adapt to being back on the road again as it’s been a few years since I last did it.
‘I’ve had to change my behaviour over the years, and behaviour is very hard to change.
‘On tour these days I do what the women on the front during the French Revolution would do.
‘I sit there knitting and rocking back and forth.’
‘That’s what I do. I will be bringing my knitting needles with me.’
This year, Debbie drew a great response from the audience during her performance at the Pandemonium Rocks music festival held in Melbourne, Australia.
In spite of being criticized for not providing full refunds following a major lineup alteration, an audience of 6000 attended the kickoff of the music festival in April.
She shared with the audience, “Tonight is perfect for sharing our tunes that have been hidden in the shadows.” She also expressed her wish, “Let’s make sure everyone stays cozy among yourselves out here.
Debbie also performed at the Metro Theatre on ANZAC Day.
In more casual terms: The main singer of the popular American rock band Blondie, last seen performing live in Australia in 2017, was recently spotted buying keepsakes in the city.
