Fans of Death in Paradise will have to wait an extra week to see the season 15 finale. It was originally scheduled for March 20th, but will now air on March 27th. We’re still waiting to find out if the episode will be available to stream on BBC iPlayer before it airs on TV.
Picking up after last week’s dramatic ending, the show introduces Mervin’s niece, Eloise, played by Avah Cotterell. Her unexpected arrival has shaken up the life of the emotionally distant detective, and could lead the series in exciting new directions (you can find more details here).
The final episode of Death in Paradise now has a new airdate, which was revealed on the show’s Instagram page. It will air on the same day that season three of its spin-off, Beyond Paradise, premieres.

A photo featuring the lead detectives from both shows – DI Mervin Wilson (Don Gilet) and DI Humphrey Goodman (Kris Marshall) – was posted online. The image, titled “Twice the Paradise,” announced the air dates: the new series, Beyond Paradise, will start at 8pm, immediately followed by the final episode of Death in Paradise at 9pm.
Mark your calendars! The new series of #BeyondParadise and #DeathInParadise starts Friday, March 27th at 8pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer – you won’t want to miss it!
What to Read Next
This week, instead of a new episode of Death in Paradise, viewers will enjoy the charity special Comic Relief: Funny For Money. The show will be hosted by Davina McCall, Joel Dommett, Nick Mohammed, Catherine Tate (playing her character Nan), and Katherine Ryan.
The three-hour event will feature a variety of guest stars, along with the classic sketches and live performances audiences expect. The BBC has announced that viewers can look forward to big surprises, amazing musical performances, and a chance to support important charities both in the UK and internationally.

This season of Beyond Paradise promises more unusual cases for the BBC. The show will feature investigations into a novelist’s death – eerily, the novelist predicted their own demise – a chaotic Morris dancing event, a rediscovered treasure map, and reports of a possible vengeful mermaid sighting.
Things are becoming complicated for Humphrey, who is struggling with a difficult decision. The show will follow DI Humphrey Goodman and Martha as they look for a new house together, all while Humphrey grapples with a choice that could dramatically impact everyone at the police station.

You can now watch the fifteenth season of Death in Paradise on BBC One every Friday. All seasons of Death in Paradise, along with its spin-offs Beyond Paradise and Return to Paradise, are currently available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
