Director Shawn Levy of Deadpool & Wolverine has revealed that a subtle nod to Hugh Jackman was secretly included within the movie.

In this third movie of the Deadpool series within the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the leading characters, portrayed by Ryan Reynolds and Jackman, join forces to vanquish the wicked Cassandra Nova, played by Emma Corrin.

Did anyone else notice the number ‘24601’ on the roof of Logan’s mouth on his skull in the film? It’s amazing how much attention to detail! In the 2012 movie adaptation of Les Misérables, the character Jean Valjean, who is identified as Prisoner 24601, was portrayed by Hugh Jackman.

“And of course Deadpool’s doodled map in Deadpool 2 in 2018 featured our hero 24601 too!”

As the game master behind Real Steel and Free Guy, I couldn’t help but chuckle when I saw your post. Guess it was only a matter of time before someone spotted the Easter egg we subtly hid there!
