Dead Island 2: Ultimate Edition Launches Alongside New Game+ and ‘Neighborhood Watch’ Mode in October
As an avid gamer with a penchant for survival horror games, I am positively thrilled about the upcoming launch of Dead Island 2: Ultimate Edition! My zombie-slaying escapades have always been a highlight of my gaming life, and the prospect of diving back into the chaotic world of Banoi with new content, expansions, and cosmetic items is simply exhilarating.
As an enthusiastic gamer, I’m thrilled to share that starting next month, I’ll be diving back into the zombie-slaying chaos with Dead Island 2: Ultimate Edition! This package includes the main game, as well as the engaging story expansions, Haus and SoLA. Plus, there are a host of cosmetic items and weapons to customize my survivor, such as the Kingdom Come: Deliverance II Weapon Pack! Can’t wait!
In addition to The Ultimate Edition, you’ll receive a collection of extra packs: Memories of Banoi, Golden Weapons, Pulp Weapons, Red’s Demise, and Premium Skin Pack, which includes skins for all six playable Slayers. This edition is scheduled to come out together with Patch 6. This update will introduce the new cooperative ‘Neighborhood Watch’ mode, a collaboration between Fishlabs and Dambuster.
In this game, titled Neighborhood Watch, you assume the role of college students, specifically the Bobcats, who reside in a fraternity house situated within Venice Canals. Your primary objective is to protect your residence from hordes of unrelenting zombies. This protection is achieved through strategic use of traps, newly acquired skills, and an updated arsenal of weapons.
The release date for the complete edition of Dead Island 2, along with Patch 6, is set for October 22nd across platforms like Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and personal computers.
