Dead by Daylight 2v8 Mode Returns With Resident Evil’s Nemesis and Albert Wesker
Today marks the comeback of the “2v8 mode” in “Dead by Daylight,” but this time it includes a “Resident Evil-themed twist.” In this specific version of 2v8, “The Nemesis” and “The Mastermind” (otherwise known as Albert Wesker) join forces, pursuing Survivors through the Raccoon City Police Department, and other maps, creating an intense and thrilling gameplay experience.
In this game, it’s no surprise that 2v8 sets up a confrontation between two Killers and eight Survivors, which is quite different from the typical one-on-four scenario. Instead of just four generators to repair and escape from, the Survivors must fix all eight before they can flee. Meanwhile, the Killer duo aims to eliminate their opponents. Each character has their own unique skills, and a revamped Hook system adds an extra layer to the gameplay.
As a thrilled fan, I’m excited to share that the 2v8 crossover between Dead by Daylight and Resident Evil is now live and running until February 25th! The Resident Evil Collection has expanded with iconic outfits for characters like The Nemesis, The Mastermind, Ada Wong, Leon Kennedy, Rebecca Chambers, and Jill Valentine. Don’t miss this amazing collaboration – here’s a trailer to give you a taste: [insert trailer link]
