Dax Shepard busted for focusing his attention on the wrong thing at Golden Globes

At the Golden Globes, Dax Shepard clearly demonstrated what mattered most to him by seemingly getting distracted and paying more attention to something other than the event itself.

On Sunday, the actress Kristen Bell called out her husband, the 50-year-old actor, through her Instagram Story, as she posted a video of him watching the Detroit Lions vs Minnesota Vikings football match on his phone.

During the presentation of the Best Animated Film Award, Harrison Ford and Anthony Mackie stood on stage. At one point, the camera shifted towards Shepard, who was seated with a phone clutched between his legs while wearing a suit and tie.

In a tweet, the actress from Frozen posted “#priorities #detroitlions @daxshepard” over a video clip. The Detroit Lions ended up triumphing over the Minnesota Vikings by a score of 31-9 during their NFL game.

44-year-old Bell was nominated for a Golden Globe in the category of Best TV Actress in a Comedy or Musical for her work in Nobody Wants This. However, Jean Smart, who starred in Hacks, ended up winning the award instead.

Earlier this evening, the stars from Baby Mama were spotted on the red carpet, lovingly wrapped in each other’s arms at the waist.

Bell was resplendent, adorning a dazzling rose gold bustier and long skirt from Ashi Studio. Her petite waist and striking silhouette were accentuated by the ensemble.

In a simple, flowing hairstyle with a center part, the sleeveless dress accentuated her well-defined collarbones and toned arm muscles.

On October 17, 2013, Bell and Shepard exchanged vows during a small courthouse wedding in Beverly Hills, California, following their first meeting six years prior, which took place at a mutual friend’s dinner gathering.

Before getting married, the couple had already become parents to their first-born daughter, Lincoln, who was 11 years old as of March 28, 2013. Later, they added another daughter, Delta, to their family on December 19, 2014, making her 9 years old at the time.

In September of 2024, Bell admitted her daughters ‘do not have phones’ due to privacy concerns. 

She mentioned that they own iPods, which they can utilize for both music and various purposes, and moreover, they can communicate with their grandmother via text messages since it’s connected to Wi-Fi, as she discussed this on The View.
