Davina McCall demonstrated her remarkable strength by flaunting her toned abdominals during an intense home exercise routine.
On Saturday, the 56-year-old television host left fans amazed on social media when she shared a video from her recent workout routine, showcasing her well-defined abs.
In a white crop top, blue shorts, and athletic sneakers, Davina pushed herself vigorously during an intense cardio and ab workout at her personal gym. Her muscles bulged as she effortlessly completed each rep with a satisfied smile on her face.
The avid exerciser has consistently advocated for regular activity, yet the latest evidence suggests that she has regained even more strength following her recent health crisis.
In November, the celebrity from The Masked Singer disclosed that she had been diagnosed with a seldom-encountered, non-cancerous brain growth known as a colloid cyst. Subsequently, she underwent a surgical procedure lasting six hours.
Reflecting on that harrowing experience back then, I must confess that my tumor, a character I affectionately referred to as Jeffrey, stirred feelings of anger within me. Yet, here I stand today, embodying true resilience, and my supporters are utterly captivated by it.

This month, the celebrity declared that she no longer fears death after undergoing a transformative experience with a brain tumor.
At the Happy Place Festival held by Fearne Cotton, Davina shared how her outlook on life has undergone a significant transformation.
She confessed that she no longer fears death, and her experience from August 2023 to November 2024 was the most profound journey she’s ever been on.
In my “Begin Again” podcast, I aim to assist individuals nearing the end of their lives, ensuring they can reflect back on a life well-lived without regrets such as “If only I hadn’t taken that job,” or “I should have left that relationship behind.
At times, it seems as if there are hidden forces influencing things. The dread that surrounds the term “tumor” is palpable. During that moment, Fearne and I shared an unspoken understanding about the fear.
‘Reaching this place is truly remarkable, and I wouldn’t let fear of death hold me back. It’s unusual to find someone who lives without regrets and fully embraces their desired life.’








Davina often attributes her ability to remain robust, both mentally and physically, to a consistent workout routine and a balanced lifestyle.
In a conversation with The Telegraph earlier this year, Davina clarified that her workout routine is relatively modest, consisting of just 30 minutes, four times a week. She added humorously, “Apparently, people think I’m working out for two hours, five days a week!
I share brief glimpses of my thirty-minute workouts, which often gives people the impression that I’m exercising constantly.
In her 30s, Davina confessed that she would workout for extended periods as she was unaware it was possible to achieve similar results with less exercise.
As a lifestyle expert, let me share my insights: “In my busy life with multiple responsibilities, including raising three children and juggling work commitments, finding time for exercise can be challenging. However, I’ve discovered that by working out efficiently for just 30 minutes each day, I can achieve the same results as someone who spends a sloppy 45 minutes to an hour. This condensed routine is a game-changer for me!
Sharing details about her exercise routine, Davina mentioned that she heads to her home gym, typically following her morning coffee, for a 30-minute workout session, usually between two to three times a week.
Instead, she concentrates on strength training through her personal health platform, Davina’s Own Goals, and selects one of the numerous workout options available.
During his arm workouts, the star employs 0.5kg weighted gloves, while he lifts either 5kg or 6kg dumbbells. For comprehensive body exercises such as squats, he’ll put on a weighted vest too.
Apart from that, she enjoys taking a weekly jog, as she mentioned she’s been following the Couch to 5k program to regain her fitness post-surgery.
During her jogs, Davina plans to incorporate brief, one-minute sprints at regular intervals to boost her cardiovascular fitness.
After undergoing a successful surgery to excise the growth, Davina disclosed that her survival seemed like a precious ‘gift,’ as she pondered over the thriving success of her rekindled Begin Again podcast.

At the close of December, the television personality shared a video on Instagram, expressing gratitude to fans for their backing during her recent venture. She also reflected on her personal health odyssey, acknowledging that she currently feels rejuvenated and starting anew.

‘It seems as though I’m starting anew, albeit unusually so, perhaps due to the fortunate outcome. It’s akin to receiving another shot at life. This sensation is truly extraordinary, almost like receiving a precious gift.’
