Davina McCall displayed her remarkably fit body in a motivating fitness video, only a few weeks following her brain surgery.

57-year-old panelist for The Masked Singer recently underwent surgery following the discovery of a potentially fatal brain tumor, which only impacts approximately 3 out of every million individuals.

In an Instagram video posted on Monday, Davina was stunningly beautiful in a soft green cropped top that she matched with blue leggings.

To give a touch of elegance to her outfit, she completed it by wearing a gold pendant necklace and a pair of gold earrings.

In the video, Davina was noticeably upbeat, sharing it to inspire her audience to exercise at the gym, all while moving rhythmically to the beat of Gorillaz’s “Feel Good” song.

Standing with her hands on her hips, she encouraged him by saying, “I think you might benefit from a little push, so here it goes – hit the gym!

Accompanying the video, she wrote: “Apologies. Isn’t this frustrating? I completed workout 3 from week 2 of ‘Strength and Sculpt’ with @richcallender!!

‘Omg … it was MEGA !! Even better , it was MEGA AND 20 MINUTES!!!! … all on my fitness platform’   

In the chilly month of November, I found myself facing a surgical procedure. This was prompted by the detection of a tumor during a health examination I received at a private clinic. The opportunity for this check-up came my way following an engaging discussion on menopause that I attended.

Weeks post-surgery, as the growth was safely extracted, Davina expressed that her survival seemed like a precious ‘gift’, all the while pondering over the triumph of her recently launched Begin Again podcast.

At the close of December, I took to Instagram to express my gratitude towards you, dear supporters, for your unwavering encouragement during my recent endeavor. As I reflect, I can’t help but ponder on my personal health journey. I must confess, I feel as if I’m embarking on a new chapter – a fresh start, if you will.

She said: “I appreciate you being here on the Begin Again podcast. Recording this podcast has been a joy for me, and getting to know everyone has been equally delightful.

I’ve really appreciated recording this podcast because of its expansive scope. ‘Begin Again’ can signify various things, such as a fresh start, which resonates with my recent experience of battling a life-threatening tumor and undergoing surgery.

It seems I’m starting anew, though oddly so, perhaps due to a favorable result. It’s as if I’ve been granted a fresh start, or even a new lease on life. This sensation is quite remarkable, it’s almost like receiving a precious gift.

Previously known as the host of Big Brother, she subsequently shared various instances where starting afresh resonates with others, mentioning examples like significant crises, job losses, divorces, and accidents.

Davina mentioned that she will be available to assist individuals who seem stuck or simply require a bit of motivation, as she shared her aspirations and visions for the podcast’s upcoming phases.

After giving it some thought, she summed up by saying: ‘In the past, Christmas used to be difficult for me, but not anymore. That means fresh starts are possible – they can happen anytime.’

‘I think I’m gonna be a nightmare next year – I’ve gone very self-reflective!’
