David Harbour Spotted Ringless at Critics Choice Awards After Shocking Split from Lily Allen!

On a Friday evening in Los Angeles, David Harbour, who recently became single following his separation from Lily Allen, walked the red carpet at the 2025 Critics Choice Awards.

Four years into their marriage, the actor from Stranger Things, aged 49, was spotted without his wedding ring following allegations that he was using a famous-people dating app by singer Allen, who is 39 years old.

In a cheerful mood, Harbor gracefully strutted on the red carpet, striking poses during his solo session with the flashbulbs popping and eagerly posing for pictures, marking his first public event since the breakup news became official.

His dirty blonde hair was neatly cut and he sported a full, bushy, cleanly-groomed grizzled beard.

Allen ended her marriage to David in December after discovering he was using the dating app Raya.

In January, it was said that she sought treatment at a trauma center because she told her friends she was on the verge of a nervous breakdown, which occurred after her breakup.

Lily was anticipated to participate in rigorous group counseling meetings and individual therapy throughout her time at a U.S.-located clinic that charges around $10,000 weekly.

Earlier, the woman with two children had shared her long period of distress, which included experiencing panic attacks and difficulties concentrating.

Allen shared that she had made an effort to join the Christmas gathering for her podcast, Miss Me?, but unfortunately had to depart early due to experiencing an attack.

She admitted to the audience, “For several months now, I’ve been discussing this topic, but I’ve found myself getting more and more caught up in it. It’s become unmanageable. I’ve made attempts to deal with it, but it hasn’t been easy.

At the Christmas gathering dubbed “Miss Me?”, I experienced a panic attack and needed to depart early, returning home instead. On another occasion, I attended a play with friends Carla and Claire, but had to exit prematurely during the intermission.

‘I can’t concentrate on anything except the pain I’m going through. It’s really hard.’

As a die-hard fan, I can’t help but feel a surge of excitement! It appears our beloved songstress has taken a turn for the intriguing. Just yesterday, she shared on Instagram that she’s collaborating with the multi-talented Chloe Angelides on something unspecified. The mystery is killing me!

On Friday, February 7, the Critics Choice Awards, which were postponed twice because of the Los Angeles fires, finally occurred at Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, with Chelsea Handler as the host.

Initially, the event was scheduled for Sunday, January 12, but later got rescheduled to Sunday, January 26.

However, since the event location was near the burnt Pacific Palisades, the organizers opted to shift the performance to the month of February instead.

Wicked, Conclave and Shogun lead the nominations.

In the awards category, Wicked received the highest number of nominations, including significant recognition for its performers Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo. This brings the musical’s tally to 11 nominations, equaling the recognition received by Conclave.

Both Wicked and Conclave are also up for the biggest prize of the night in Best Picture.
