David Beckham Reveals Hilarious Workout Grief with Victoria That Fans Can’t Stop Laughing At!
David Beckham shares that he and his spouse, Victoria, often tease each other a lot during their workout sessions, as he shared details about their intense joint training routines.
The pair often post pictures of each other during their gym sessions, and Victoria frequently pleases her fans by sharing photos without her husband’s shirt on.
In an interview with Men’s Health UK, David, aged 49, disclosed that he and Victoria, also 50, engage in exercise routines about five to six days a week. This regular workout schedule was established after David persuaded Victoria to join forces with his personal trainer, Bob Rich.
He’s shared that he’s been persistently encouraging Victoria to train with personal trainer Bob Rich for quite some time, and she has recently consented to modify her exercise routine. Now, they work out together for five days a week, occasionally squeezing in an extra session on the sixth day.
I really enjoy working out with Victoria, although we often tease each other quite a bit. There’s a lot of banter between us. Unfortunately, Victoria tends to ignore Bobby and focuses on doing her own thing.
She doesn’t usually take long breaks. It only takes her 25 seconds to feel rejuvenated after a brief 90-second rest.
In his chat with the media outlet, David went into detail about the appalling, career-ending injury he endured in 2011.
In the midst of playing for LA Galaxy in sunny Los Angeles, the ex-footballer sustained an injury that fractured both his back and spine during a match. This unfortunate incident eventually prompted his retirement in 2013.
David openly discussed his severe injury, stating: “I suffered a broken back in Los Angeles. Specifically, I fractured my spine.
‘I had pain after a game, I went for a scan and couldn’t find anything wrong with it.
I had a gut feeling that things weren’t right over there, so I insisted on further investigation. Eventually, they used a dye to trace the issue, and my suspicions were confirmed – it was a problematic situation.
Approaching his fifties, David admitted that his body feels more vibrant than it has in quite some time, and he generously disclosed the unique strategy he employs to maintain his fitness.
David frequently exercises at home with his spouse Victoria, specifically playing padel tennis three times weekly and engaging in daily workouts to preserve his astonishing figure.
David has four kids, including Harper (age 13), Brooklyn (age 25), Cruz (age 19), and Romeo (age 22). He’s been married to Victoria since 1999.
