David Bailey’s son Sascha reveals his baby’s gender and unusual name as he confirms what he’d tell his unborn child about trans ideology after he nearly transitioned to be a woman

Photographer David Bailey’s son Sascha has revealed he and girlfriend are expecting a baby boy.

The baby’s gender reveal comes just three years after Sascha considered transitioning into a woman.

He paused for a moment, then realized something wasn’t adding up. This was more than discomfort; it was distress. What I truly require isn’t a replacement body, but an explanation for the agony I feel, he explained.

He attributes his return to self-discovery to his bluntly honest father, as well as Lucy, whom he encountered not long after ending his marriage.

He said: ‘Lucy saved my life. She helped me feel grounded again. Like I wasn’t broken.’

Currently, Sascha is gearing up for parenthood, and he’s ready to handle any situation if their future child someday decides to discuss gender dysphoria with him.

His upcoming memoir, titled “Aim for the Swimming Pool,” delves profoundly into his struggles with mental health, marital issues, interrupted gender transition, and his path to self-discovery, set to be published next month.

Sascha added: ‘The book is a way for me to close that terrible saga of my life.’

Currently, Sascha is preoccupied with the upcoming birth of baby Wolfgang and establishing a new life with Lucy, whom even critical Bailey Snr. approves of.
