As a longtime fan of the Beckham family, I can’t help but marvel at their seemingly endless real estate empire. With this latest acquisition, a £17.15 million penthouse in Miami, they’ve added another stunning property to their already impressive portfolio.

David and Victoria Beckham reportedly paid for their £55.6 million Miami mega mansion in cash.

This month, the retired soccer player, aged 49, and the ex-Spice Girl turned clothing mogul, also 49, each with a net worth of approximately £450 million, finalized the acquisition of a grand nine-bedroom property in Florida.

It seems that the couple had sufficient wealth to buy their house without taking out a mortgage, as documents indicate they paid for the property in full, as per news reports.

David and Victoria reportedly signed the deeds for the property on October 3.

Speaking as a lifestyle aficionado, I must say, it’s quite remarkable to hear about David and Victoria splurging a whopping £55.6 million on a new residence without the help of a mortgage. That kind of liquidity certainly sets them apart!

‘They adore it and want to spend as much time there as possible.

‘It’s their dream property and the culmination of all their hard work.’

TopMob have contacted representatives of David and Victoria for comment.

The couple are thought to have purchased the home in order to be close to David’s team Inter Miami.

2018 saw the construction of this expansive waterfront property boasting breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay. It offers an array of impressive amenities such as numerous bedrooms, four half-bathrooms, and a gourmet kitchen designed for culinary enthusiasts.

David and Victoria can also enjoy their own private cinema, a gym, a spa and a pool.

Externally, this property offers an outdoor kitchen, a sky terrace, and a waterfront stretch spanning 124 feet along Biscayne Bay.

With water vistas before it and enclosed by trees, this house provides breathtaking sights of the opulent bay.

Ever since I became a dedicated fan, I’ve been tracking the lives of David and Victoria, and their recent move to the radiant Sunshine State has only intensified my admiration. Back in 2020, they made a grand investment of $20 million on a sprawling penthouse, occupying an entire floor, spanning a luxurious 10,000 square feet, right in the heart of vibrant downtown Miami.

Right in the bustling city center of Miami, overlooking the Bay of Biscayne, a striking luxury condominium designed by the renowned late architect Zaha Hadid stands tall among other skyscrapers, making a bold statement on the city’s skyline.

The unique curved ‘exoskeleton’ design of the One Thousand Museum building has created buzz and is the only residential space in downtown Miami with a helipad.

The building houses 82 separate units, a Sky Lounge for residents use, an Aquatic Center, infinity-edge pool, 24-hour security and a private cinema.

Among its unique aspects are personalized aroma diffusion throughout shared spaces, regular flower arrangements delivered, and event coordination services provided.

The house, initially purchased by the Beckhams for £17.15 million, now valued at approximately £22.6 million, forms a portion of their global real estate holdings estimated to be worth around £73 million, which includes properties owned by both David and Victoria.

David reportedly netted a £10million mortgage for the home three years ago.

The ex-footballer is said to be required to return over £40,000 every month, and this figure, including taxes, rises to approximately £48,000.

Through his company Beckham Brand Ltd, he acquired a piece of real estate as part of establishing his Inter Miami football club, as reported by The Sun.

During times when David is engaged with Inter Miami’s football team, the penthouse serves as a central gathering place for the family. Since their oldest child, Brooklyn, and his wife, Nicola Peltz, reside in the United States, it facilitates frequent family meetings and quality time spent together.

This mansion also adds to the Beckham family’s already-vast property portfolio, which includes their £6million ($8 million) home in the Cotswolds.

The Grade II-listed property includes a plunge pool and tennis court as part of its eye-catching list of features.

Previously, Beckham has given a tour of their garden at home, also sharing the vegetables they have cultivated.

The duo is simultaneously engaged in refurbishing their estimated £31 million London residence, often referred to as ‘Beckingham Palace II’.

In 2013, David and Victoria acquired their luxurious Holland Park mansion in London for a staggering £21.4 million, which was during the peak of the property market.

After retiring from football, David and the Beckhams spent several months searching for a perfect family house, as they aimed to establish the UK as their permanent residence once more.

David and Victoria invested approximately 8 million pounds in refurbishing their property; however, it was recently disclosed that the house required immediate structural fixes to prevent the upper rooftop terrace from caving in.

The 9,000 sq ft house has eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms and features a playroom, gym and spa.
