The daughter of actor Mat Stevenson, known for his role on Home and Away, has shared that she had a lot of cosmetic surgery to achieve a similar look to Ariana Grande.
Oh my gosh, you won’t BELIEVE this! Grace Hyland, she’s just… amazing. She actually told her actor dad she was transgender when she was only twelve! Can you imagine how brave that is? And then, with his support, she started transitioning, but it wasn’t some big, sudden thing. They used these things called puberty blockers, which helped her go through changes at her own pace. It’s just… so inspiring to see her live her truth!
The 25-year-old OnlyFans model shared with Daily Mail how she underwent numerous cosmetic procedures to resemble her childhood idol, spending a total of $107,000 over six years to get the look she wanted.
She recalls being a huge fan of the show Victorious when she was 12 and even younger, especially enjoying Ariana Grande’s role as Cat, she told the Daily Mail.
She really inspired me. I always admired her – she was so vibrant and pretty, and she loved wearing pink.
When I came out as transgender at age twelve, I immediately started looking for a fashion icon, and it was always her.

Grace explains that when she discussed desired feminization surgeries with her doctors, she would use photos of the singer Ariana Grande, who is 32 years old, as a visual reference.
She had a nose job, followed by jaw surgery to correct her bite. She also had a small portion of her chin reshaped to be more pointed, similar to another person’s.
I then had fat transferred to my face to achieve a more feminine, softer, and rounder appearance, similar to hers.
‘Then I had some fillers over the years – cheeks, temporal, lip.
I decided to get a hair transplant to address my forehead size. I actually showed the surgeon a picture of her hairline – I loved how natural it looked and wanted something similar for myself.
You know, I’ve been thinking a lot about aging lately, and while I might consider some treatments down the line to help me maintain a youthful appearance, honestly, I feel like I’ve finally achieved the look I’ve always wanted right now. I’m really happy with how I look and feel!
Okay, so Grace? She’s my total inspiration. She spent a whole $107,000 – over six years! – getting work done on her face. But it wasn’t about vanity, you know? She just kept going until she finally felt absolutely perfect, and honestly, it was worth every penny to see her finally happy with how she looks. It’s amazing!
She also warns that getting plastic surgery can be addictive, and it’s easy to find yourself wanting more and more procedures.

It’s difficult to tell the difference between simply adjusting to something new and actually becoming addicted,” she explains.
‘Maybe you start to notice things that most people wouldn’t notice and you can start nit-picking.
‘You change one thing and then it’s easy to start changing other things after that.’
Right now, Grace is happy with how she looks and is prioritizing enjoying life with her partner, Ilaria.
After dating for seven months, the couple announced they’re engaged on Instagram last month. They shared sweet photos with the announcement.
He’s everything to me – my angel, my safe place, my calm. I’m so happy and can’t imagine life without him. I even added a ring emoji to the post because our future together feels certain. I told him ‘Aku cinta kamu’ – I love you – because it’s just what my heart feels!
The couple looked overjoyed in the pictures, excitedly showing off their diamond rings before sharing a loving embrace while posing for the camera.
Grace told the Daily Mail that they have a general idea of the dresses they want and where they’d like to have the wedding, but still have a lot of planning left to do.

She shared that she’s finding fulfillment in her life and feels she’s grown and healed significantly through her relationship.
Honestly, what I’m craving right now is a cozy, settled life with the person I love. I’m picturing something really sweet and wholesome – maybe even a little cottage! It’s all about building a comfortable, happy future together, and creating a space that truly feels like home.
Grace is a transgender activist who began sharing her journey publicly on social media when she came out as transgender at age 12.
Her dad, Mat, is well-known for playing Adam Cameron on the show Home and Away, and he’s always been a big supporter of her.
As a lifestyle expert, I often see how crucial self-acceptance is, and for me, coming out was a turning point. It wasn’t just about being honest with others, it was about finally giving myself permission to truly explore who I am, and that’s been incredibly healing and empowering. It allowed me to grow in a really healthy way.
Starting puberty blockers and estrogen when I did is the reason I appear as feminine as I do now.
Grace has shared that she understood her gender identity as female from a very young age, around four or five years old, and started her transition process before puberty began.
I was so impressed with her approach! Before even starting any physical work, she spent a full year getting advice from doctors, psychologists, and all sorts of specialists. She really did her homework and made sure she was making the right decisions for her health.
