Daredevil: Born Again Star Confirmed Bullseye’s Return In Season 3, Teases ‘Coolest’ Fight Sequence That’s On Its Way

The first season of Daredevil: Born Again was well-received, and good news for fans – Season 2 was already in the works, so there won’t be a long wait for the next chapter, unlike with many other streaming shows. Even better, the series has been renewed for a third season, and we now know at least one key villain will make it through Season 2.

We haven’t even seen the second season yet, so it’s too early to say what might happen in a third. However, we now know Wilson Bethel, who plays Bullseye in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, will return for future episodes. He recently confirmed at the Nerdtropolis Convention (as reported by Comicbook.com) that he’ll be present when production starts up again.

Just a quick update: we’ve been renewed for another season, starting next year! You can look forward to more of Bullseye, Kingpin, and all your favorite characters.

Bullseye had a rough first season on Daredevil: Born Again. He was contracted by Vanessa Fisk to murder Foggy Nelson and one of his clients. After a near-fatal confrontation with Daredevil, Bullseye was imprisoned, but he managed to escape and sought revenge against the Fisks.

As Season 2 begins, Bullseye will probably still be focused on eliminating the Fisks. The actor, Bethel, shared some details about his character’s arc in the new season, promising a deeper look into Bullseye’s motivations and what he described as the most impressive fight scene of the entire series. He went on to say…

Season 2 will delve deeper into Dex’s complex and troubled mind, and there are some exciting developments coming for both Bullseye and Dex. We’re especially proud of a fight sequence featuring Bullseye in the new season – it’s truly spectacular.

The first episode of Daredevil: Born Again featured a fantastic fight between Daredevil and Bullseye. Considering the well-designed and exciting fight choreography throughout the original Daredevil series on Netflix, expectations are high. If this new series delivers an even better fight with Bullseye, it’s going to be amazing.

Bullseye probably won’t be the only familiar face appearing in Season 3. There are suggestions that Krysten Ritter, who reprises her role as Jessica Jones in Season 2, might continue to be involved beyond that. Unless plans change for a separate Jessica Jones series, we can likely expect to see her in Season 3. Daredevil: Born Again will premiere on Disney+ on March 4, 2026.
