Dani Dyer details her vape addiction and struggles to quit as she admits they ‘are just so addictive’

Dani Dyer has opened up about her difficulty with vaping, explaining that it’s incredibly addictive and she’s finding it hard to stop.

The 29-year-old, who previously won Love Island, revealed she uses vapes last year. Photos from behind the scenes of her wedding even showed her with a bright pink disposable vape.

Dan announced on Instagram Thursday that she’s stopped vaping, marking her third attempt to quit.

Someone asked Dani in a Q&A session why vapes are so popular, admitting they didn’t get the appeal.

Dani shared that she’s stopped something for the third time, admitting it’s really addictive and upsetting.

I’m really worried about these fruit-flavored vape sticks. We don’t fully understand the long-term health risks yet, but honestly, constantly vaping all day just doesn’t seem right to me. It makes me uneasy, and I think it could really affect your health.

This news follows a recent interview where Dani spoke openly about her struggles with body image after having a baby.

Oh my gosh, remember when Stacey first introduced little Santiago? It feels like yesterday! He’s her adorable son with Sammy Kimmence, and he arrived in 2021. I was completely obsessed from the moment I saw him – he’s just the sweetest!

In 2023, Dani gave birth to her twins Summer and Star with her husbandĀ Jarrod Bowen.

However, the mother-of-three has said she struggled after her body changed following motherhood.

In a recent interview on Ellis Ranson’s Talk In Wardrobe podcast, she discussed how motherhood impacted her body image.

Dani admitted that during her first year as a mother, she used to make herself miserable by trying to fit back into her old jeans.

My mum eventually told me to just get rid of all my old clothes. It’s tough because everything you used to wear suddenly doesn’t fit anymore.

She explained that becoming a mother is a transformative experience, and afterwards, many women need to rediscover their personal style and sense of self.

Dani shared some advice for other moms, saying that everyone’s confidence fluctuates. She pointed out that as women, we often only feel truly normal for a limited part of the month.

‘We all struggle with confidence.’

Last year, Dani shared the sad news that she had a miscarriage before giving birth to her son, Santiago.

On Jamie Laing’s podcast, she revealed she became pregnant before her son Santi, but unfortunately lost the baby. After that loss, she really wanted to have a child and wasn’t using any birth control.

I found out I was pregnant, and my parents were really upset at first. I was anxious about telling my mom, but they were ultimately happy for me and the baby, understanding the difficulties I’d faced.

They were glad I was happy at first, but they always thought that relationship wouldn’t last. I’ve apologized to them repeatedly for the stress I caused, and now I understand why they felt that way.

I experienced a very early miscarriage. After that, when I became pregnant again, I had a lot of scans and spent a lot of time at the doctor’s office.

She talked about Santi’s father, describing their relationship as very difficult. Before appearing on Love Island, he hadn’t been interested in a serious commitment and had a reputation for being unfaithful. She admitted she regretted getting back together with him.

I have no regrets. Having my son, Santi, transformed me into the person I am today, and I’m incredibly grateful for him. I believe I needed to experience a challenging relationship to become the person I am now and to have my wonderful son.

I always strive to be polite to him, especially because he’s Santi’s father. There will be school events with Santi, and I don’t want him to ever feel awkward or uncomfortable because of any tension between us. He’ll never experience his parents being together, so it’s important we maintain a respectful relationship.

It makes me feel bad that when Jarrod comes home, the twins excitedly call out ‘Daddy,’ but Santi doesn’t get that same experience.

I was so thrilled to hear that Dani and Jarrod finally tied the knot! They had the most beautiful wedding on May 31st, 2025, at the stunning Langley Hotel in Iver, Buckinghamshire – it’s a gorgeous place that costs around Ā£500 a night. Jarrod, as captain of West Ham United, looked so handsome, and Dani was absolutely radiant. It was the perfect day for them!
