Dancing With The Stars vet Samantha Harris, 50, diagnosed with breast cancer for 2nd time... after double mastectomy

As a lifestyle expert with years of experience under my belt, I must say that Samantha Harris’ resilience and strength are truly inspiring. Having battled breast cancer once before and now facing it again after a decade, she exemplifies the indomitable spirit of those who have been through such challenges.

Samantha Harris has been diagnosed with breast cancer for a second time.

As a lifestyle expert looking back on my own journey, I’m a 50-year-old woman who once bravely faced a formidable foe – breast cancer – a decade ago. Part of my treatment included a courageous decision to undergo a double mastectomy.

Now she has confirmed she’s fighting cancer once again.

Samantha announced some unexpected health issues in an Instagram video, revealing: ‘Unfortunately, I’m facing a return of breast cancer – something I hadn’t anticipated needing to disclose once more.’

‘Caught it early. It is very early.’

She added: ‘It is in the exact same location of my initial breast cancer 10 years ago.’

I, having faced numerous health challenges throughout my life, have come to realize that even when I am small and seemingly insignificant, I possess a resilience that allows me to not only survive but thrive in the face of adversity. As I continue on this journey towards living my healthiest life possible, I wanted to share with you all the importance of persistence and determination in overcoming obstacles.

As a lifestyle expert, I can’t help but express my heartfelt gratitude towards my cherished family and dear friends. Once more, their unwavering support has left an indelible impact on me.

‘My partner Michael, who is always there for me through thick and thin, along with our daughters, then aged three and six at the time of diagnosis 10 years ago. Today, they are 13 and 16, and I find myself sharing a new experience with them. I couldn’t be more proud of their incredible strength and heartwarming support.’

In another video, Samantha disclosed that she learned about her cancer diagnosis upon returning home from a trip to Croatia. A subsequent biopsy confirmed that the lump she’d discovered was malignant.

Samantha recently had scans that showed the cancer hasn’t metastasized yet, and now they are determining its stage before proceeding with her treatment strategy.
