Dan Edgar unexpectedly revealed the truth about his connection with Ella Rae Wise, as cameras captured this revelation right before their separation.

As a die-hard fan, I can’t help but share my thoughts about the heartwarming conversations between the beloved reality star (34) and their significant other, which unfolded in Sunday’s episode of TOWIE. The scenes were captured just before our beloved duo parted ways, adding a poignant touch to their storyline. Incidentally, the captivating Ella (24) graced our screens on Celebrity Big Brother around the same time, keeping us all intrigued and eager for more updates about these two lovebirds.

In the scenes Roman Hackett asked Dan: ‘Are you going to ask [Ella] to be your girlfriend?’

Dan said: ‘I didn’t plan on not asking her, but we had reached a point where we seemed content without making any plans or pushing things forward.’

James ‘Diags’ Bennewith was unamused, butting in: ‘Pull your finger out of your a*** and ask her.’

However, Dan maintained that he had made it clear by stating, “We’re in a relationship,” to which Diags playfully retorted, “Oh, so chivalrous.

The scenes were filmed shortly before Dan and Ella’s shock split following 18 months of dating. 

It’s been reported that it was Ella who brought their relationship to a close, a few days prior to her entering the Celebrity Big Brother house.

A short while after stepping inside, Ella found herself weeping as she discussed with JoJo Siwa and Angelica Bell the unexpected breakup that had just occurred.

Angelica noted that Ella’s break-up had just occurred before they entered the house, saying, “This is very recent.” The dancer and presenter then provided comfort to Ella as she shared this news.

Ella expressed that something seemed off, just before she broke down in tears, at which point JoJo and Angelica moved closer to comfort her with a hug.

She went on, expressing gratitude. “It’s simply one of those situations,” she said. “I can’t help but feel foolish because everyone… I had this feeling deep down that he wouldn’t turn out to be the person I hoped for.

I had hoped he could help me, but it turns out he couldn’t. Frankly, I don’t want to spend years trying to change someone. Does that make sense?

Angelica remarked, ‘That demonstrates your resilience,’ to which Ella responded, ‘I guess I need to accept it. And just because we faced difficulties doesn’t necessarily mean our friendship has to end.’

Dan was reportedly left feeling blindsided as Ella made her CBB debut.

In her introductory segment, freshly single Ella playfully stated: “I’d sail along with a loaf of bread. I can charm just about anything! I’m even trying to win over the camera.

Dan’s friends later informed The Sun that he felt wounded by her remarks, as he had thought their separation was quite cordial.

According to a source, they continued conversing even after their major argument on Wednesday, acknowledging that things weren’t going smoothly between them.

However, they maintained a friendly rapport. They exchanged ordinary conversations, the occasional text message, and had a chat on Sunday, right before she entered lockdown.

However, her remarks last night about his flirting behavior caught him off guard, particularly since she claimed he was a constant flirt, which, in his opinion, is rather unkind.

As a die-hard admirer, I’m compelled to share that Ella vehemently denies any connection between her departure from the relationship and her recent stint in the Celebrity Big Brother house. Interestingly, there were reports suggesting she had made a promise to Dan not to flirt with Chris Hughes, Love Island alum and fellow housemate, but it seems she’s adamant that this isn’t the reason for their breakup.

She added that although Dan is kind, there seemed to be a certain ‘lack’ in their connection, and she didn’t wish to squander our shared moments.

Ella told The Sun: ‘We can’t just be together because we have a great sex life. 

‘We aren’t seeing each other right now, and it’s incredibly unfortunate that we’re apart. We parted ways about a week back.’

Dan and Ella’s romantic connection started last year on a cast excursion to Bali, but they later separated due to whispers that their relationship might have been staged.

However the couple then reconciled with their relationship being documented on the ITVbe show.
