Damian Hurley Sparks Romance Rumors with Cozy Birthday Tribute to Mystery ‘Lover’!

Damian Hurley shared an album of cosy snaps with a female pal who he called his ‘lover’ on Monday.

In a post on his Instagram account, the 22-year-old actor and model celebrated a special occasion, his mysterious female friend’s birthday, by expressing gratitude in the caption with the words “thanks to God for you.

In terms of publicly acknowledging, neither Damian (son of Elizabeth Hurley and Steve Bing), nor the woman involved, confirmed whether their association was romantic in nature.

One photo depicted them attending the premiere of his movie titled ‘Strictly Confidential’, whereas another captured them affectionately together at an art gallery.

He penned in the caption: ‘my lover’s day of birth – thank God for you Xx.’

Many fans were curious about the identity of the attractive woman, with some speculating if she might be a new love interest, as they wrote in their comments: “Could this be a lover? A new girlfriend?

Another added: ‘I am so happy for you both!’

Elizabeth has been assisting her single child, Damian, who she shares with ex-partner Steve, an American entrepreneur, in carving out his own career as an emerging film director.

2023 saw the release of his first major work, Strictly Confidential, which he wrote and directed at the age of 22. The film received moderately positive feedback from critics.

A significant portion of the reviews focused on Hurley herself, particularly her performance in the movie that features an explicit lesbian love scene with a partner who is three decades younger than her – a scene directed by her own son.

She pointed out last month that it’s quite fascinating since she is a solo parent and he is an only child. As a result, they naturally end up spending a significant amount of time with each other.

In his early years, there was an intense curiosity about my business within him. At around nine or ten, he began taking photographs and creating short films on his own. Upon receiving a camcorder from me, he cast me as the leading role in all of his productions.

In every production, I played the role of the Wicked Queen. Not only my mother, but also Hugh and even my former spouse were cast in these films. As he moved from infant roles to more mature performances, everyone was required to participate in his movies.

Essentially, he had been guiding me for the past decade, so the shift wasn’t really noticeable. I suppose I had grown accustomed to it.

Liz instantly gained widespread recognition as a familiar face when she walked hand-in-hand with Hugh Grant at the premiere of Four Weddings and a Funeral, both dressed in stunning Versace outfits.

And she credits their relationship for helping her navigate a pivotal time in her life.

Despite continuing a close friendship, the individual has confessed that they are not together anymore – this, after their friendly split back in 2000.

At the Bazaar At Work summit held in London recently, she mentioned that she and her former partner, Hugh Grant, were together when the event occurred for both of them simultaneously.

Just like him, I too had put in considerable effort, believing I was making steady progress, until the release of Four Weddings and a Funeral shook things up. Suddenly, his fame skyrocketed, and he became a sensation.

The movie became incredibly popular, causing a significant shift in our circumstances. I believe having two of us greatly contributed to this success. Being unexpectedly placed under the limelight can be overwhelming as our lifestyles weren’t prepared for it.

She stated: “There’s no safeguard for you, which was quite concerning. In comparison to today, the media was significantly more abrupt during the 90s and 2000s. I firmly believe that such rudeness is less tolerated nowadays.

‘Sharing tough experiences can create a strong connection, and that’s true even if we don’t spend much time together. He may be married with many kids, yet he remains deeply important to me.’

Hurley ponders back on the memorable gown she hastily acquired from Dean Aslett, who was then in charge of Women’s Wear and Atelier at Versace. She confesses that she was taken aback by the amount of attention it garnered.

She reminisced, finding it peculiar. After several years of work, she felt quite recognized in her own mind, believing herself to be somewhat well-known – having appeared in various productions.

To those close to me, I was considered successful; however, experiencing true public fame came as an unexpected and profoundly disconcerting revelation for my psychological well-being.
