Oh my gosh, I just saw the first photos of Daisy Edgar-Jones and Robert Pattinson filming “Here Comes The Flood” together! They were actually on set – it’s really happening! I’m so excited to finally see them work together on this heist movie, it feels like a dream come true!
This thriller is a unique take on the heist genre, focusing on a bank guard, a teller, and a skilled thief who find themselves caught in a dangerous web of deception and betrayal.
Last May, it was revealed that Robert would be in the new Netflix film, with Daisy, who became famous in the series Normal People, and Academy Award winner Denzel Washington also starring.
Daisy and Robert were spotted together on the movie set in Paterson, New Jersey, on Wednesday.
The two people were having a serious conversation outside a supermarket named Olden Ango, after quickly going inside to buy groceries.
Okay, let’s talk style! I absolutely loved Daisy’s look – it’s that perfect blend of comfy and chic. She paired a gorgeous tan suede coat – the longer length is so on-trend right now – with wide-leg jeans for a relaxed vibe. Then she added a soft, baby pink scarf which was a beautiful touch, and finished the whole thing off with classic white Converse. It’s a great example of how you can look put-together without sacrificing comfort – a total win!
Robert was dressed in a red and white striped shirt, jeans, and a grey denim hooded jacket. He also had on a white apron with a name tag that read ‘Noah’.
Fernando Meirelles, who directed The Constant Gardener, is directing Here Comes the Flood. The screenplay was written by Simon Kinberg, known for his work on Mr. & Mrs. Smith.
Oh my gosh, they started filming in September! I’ve been tracking all the locations – it’s going to be all over Jersey City, Atlanta, and New York City! Everyone’s saying they’re hoping to finish up around January, and honestly, I’m already counting down the days. I need to know everything that’s happening on set, it’s going to be amazing!
This is just the newest of several major projects for Robert Pattinson. He has three big films scheduled for release this year: a romantic comedy called The Drama with Zendaya, the eagerly awaited Dune: Part Three, and the ambitious epic The Odyssey directed by Christopher Nolan.
Robert recently opened up about life as a new dad – making a rare comment about fatherhood.
Robert Pattinson, known for playing Batman, and his fiancée, model Suki Waterhouse, welcomed their first child in March of last year. Pattinson recently shared that becoming a father has been more surprising than he expected.
Speaking to ICON magazine, he revealed he has found joy in parenthood.
He said he’s become much more patient, though he realized it wasn’t really patience at all. He genuinely loves spending time with babies, and that was something he hadn’t expected.
The actor has generally shielded his daughter from the media, but he recently shared honest details about his life after stepping back from acting.
The British actor, known for his role in the Twilight films, has also become very interested in the fast-moving world of fashion.
He noted that designers are incredibly hardworking, describing their schedule as the most demanding he’s ever witnessed.
‘You’ve got to be, like, Superman to be able to function at that level.’
I was really surprised to hear Robert share last year that he’d become completely captivated by his daughter’s scent. He said he could pick her out anywhere just by how she smells – it’s a really unique and sweet thing to hear about a father-daughter bond.
He recalled people asking him if he enjoyed the smell of babies, but he always assumed they were actually smelling the baby powder.
‘But then I had a baby, and I was like, “My baby smells incredible.”‘
He added: ‘There’s something there, I can identify her. She doesn’t smell like other babies.’
I was so excited to share the news that my partner and I are expecting! We revealed we’re having a baby back in November 2023 – it was a really special moment during my performance at the Corona Capital Festival. It felt like the perfect way to let everyone in on our joy.
The actress from Daisy Jones & the Six wore a shimmering pink minidress covered in glitter and feathers. She jokingly told the audience, ‘I’m extra sparkly today hoping it’ll take your mind off something else happening.’
She opened her coat, showing off her baby bump to the delighted crowd. With a laugh, she said, ‘Hopefully this works!’ before beginning her performance.
A few months ago, Suki Waterhouse and her partner revealed the first picture of their baby daughter, which was featured on the cover of British Vogue.
