Title “Cyber Rebellion” is a casual Role-Playing Game (RPG) developed by NEOCRAFT LIMITED, previously known as “Rise of Cyber.” The narrative unfolds in Skyline City, in the year 2177. Following an apocalypse that wiped out humanity, you are left as the last hope to preserve the species by battling against evil. To achieve this goal, you will need to forge alliances with various combatants who possess unique skills. As such, this “Cyber Rebellion Combatant tier list” can aid you in selecting suitable combatants and forming an unbeatable team.

Introducing the in-game Class System
There are three classes/forces of heroes in the game. They are:
- Vanguard: Vanguard heroes are strong-willed and equipped with firewalls. These heroes can use lattice codes that come from the Alpha Virus. They can absorb anima data and evolve by themselves through their willpower augmentation.
- Apocalypse: The most fierce of all as they are villains with the strongest and purest willpower. They can influence others without being noticed. They only serve their own purpose which is to spread the Alpha Virus and disrupt the ordered space.
- Dawnbreak: Heroes with heavy armor and self-aware of what they want to do. They’re neutral but have strong willpower. So, even if they lose their firewalls, they can maintain their sense of self.

Currently, the participants in the Cyber Uprising are categorized into four distinct teams according to their occurrence frequency. These teams are labeled as SS, S, A, and B. However, a combatant’s rarity doesn’t necessarily equate to its power. Instead, a combatant is considered powerful based on the skills it possesses and how effectively it performs in each battle.
Cyber Rebellion Combatant Tier List
After investing a considerable amount of time playing the game, I researched and analyzed the various characters/combatants. As a result, I developed the tier list you see below. To make things clearer, I categorized these characters into five distinct groups based on their abilities: Top-tier (SS+), Highly Powerful (S+), Strong (S), Capable (A), and Average (B).

Best Combatants in Cyber Rebellion
As a devoted follower of Cyber Rebellion, I’ve noticed an intriguing aspect: The characters in this game are categorized into varying rarities, but strangely enough, these classifications don’t seem to reflect their actual power levels, at least not when you’re just starting out. It’s only when you progress to higher stages that the rarity seems to matter more significantly. Interestingly, even the basic forms of all combatants share a striking resemblance initially.
In the game Cyber Rebellion, certain characters have an edge that makes them stronger than others, often referred to as being “overpowered.” It’s usually suggested to try and capture these powerful characters if you can. However, not all strong characters will be immediately accessible; instead, some will only become available once you gather the necessary upgrade items during gameplay. Let’s explore some overpowering characters in Cyber Rebellion.
Leyva- Starring Diva
This character is a top-tier support in the overpowered roster, and she took the lead. There’s definitely something special about her! She’ll significantly boost the team’s potential by keeping everyone alive with her extraordinary healing capabilities. You won’t need her for damage output; instead, she’ll weaken your opponents for you.
In some cases, the challenges are so formidable that multiple lifetimes might be required to overcome them. Fortunately, playing as Diva ensures your survival, as one player aptly put it, “You can’t inflict damage if you’re not alive, and Diva will keep you from meeting that fate!
Saki- Byakko

A character from DPS (Dynamic Positioning System) boasts an extraordinary offensive prowess. With her shrewd tactics and exceptional skills, she can turn the tide of battle both in her favor and yours. She’s an underworld operative, operating within Skyline City. Her strength and dexterity when properly aligned make her a formidable force, capable of ruining your opponent’s day on the battlefield.
Rik- the New Order
He inflicts area-of-effect (AOE) damage, an essential aspect in combat. In AOE battles, he incapacitates opponents using his widespread electric shock. His ultimate skill can simultaneously deal damage up to five continuous electric fields across the entire team. To secure victory in AOE raids, it’s crucial to include him on your team since he significantly increases your chances of taking the top spot.
