Cruz Beckham showed off a casual look – just a vest and a fun frog hat – in the new video for his song, ‘Lick The Toad’.
The 20-year-old singer, whose parents are Victoria and David Beckham, appeared in the video with his friends.
Oh my gosh, you guys, I just saw the most adorable thing EVER! He was totally jamming out to his new song, and get this – he was wearing a giant, fluffy green frog hat while he did it! I seriously can’t even. It was the cutest thing in the world, and I need to replay it in my head forever!
In the video, Cruz and his friends were all wearing different versions of the popular hat, which has become associated with celebrities whose parents are also famous.
When the video finished, Jackie Apostel, a 29-year-old credited as the brand strategist, could be heard laughing with Cruz and the other musicians.
Cruz not only sings in the release, but he also plays the guitar alongside his pal Telmo Seixas.

His second single, “Lick The Toad,” shifts away from suggestive themes, focusing instead on the concept of ‘Mother Nature’ as the song’s central idea.
In the chorus, he sings about wanting to experience and indulge in the beauty and power of nature, repeating the lines, ‘Let me take a lick of you, mother nature, I’m going to take a lick,’ and ‘Let me take a hit of you, mother nature, I’m going to take a hit.’
Cruz began his music career playing in small, unglamorous venues, which gave his first songs a genuine and relatable quality.
Cruz Beckham has also collaborated with Luke Pritchard, the lead singer of The Kooks, who helped him write his new song.
The new album features songs like “Waste Your Pain,” “Optics,” “John Lennon,” “Tie Don’t Fit,” “For Your Love,” “Yeah Yeah Yeah,” and his well-known track, “Lick The Toad.”
Oh my gosh, it feels like forever, but it all started back in 2016! He finally released “If Every Day Was Christmas,” and it was AMAZING. The best part? He donated all the money it made to charity! I knew from that moment he was something special.
Last December, he put out his single, “For Ya Love,” and some people even said it was better than anything Oasis ever did.
The rising musician is getting ready to launch their new release with a string of small, personal shows, including one at the famous George Tavern in East London.

Cruz performed several of his new songs – including “Optics,” “Caroline,” “For Your Love,” and “Lick The Toad” – on a small stage with his band.
Oh my gosh, he actually said it was special to him! I almost couldn’t breathe when he thanked everyone for coming tonight. It felt like he was talking directly to me! Seriously, it was the most amazing thing ever, knowing he appreciated us being there with him.
According to someone who attended the show, Cruz was initially a bit anxious, but the audience quickly responded enthusiastically once he started performing.
It’s obvious he’s been listening to Oasis all summer. He sings well, plays guitar, and writes songs that get stuck in your head.
They compared his music to popular bands from the 2000s like The Kooks and Kaiser Chiefs, and described his style as ‘catchy indie landfill’ – meaning it’s instantly appealing but ultimately unremarkable.
Although none of his famous family members were present at Cruz’s first performance, sources say he’s determined to build his career based on his own talent, not through family connections.
His girlfriend was seen in the audience and shared with her followers that she was moved to tears when her boyfriend started his performance.
‘Safe to say I did not keep it together,’ she said.
After his performance, the model shared on Instagram: ‘He showed up unexpectedly and completely owned the stage – writing, performing, and playing all his own songs. It was incredible, and I’m so proud of him!’
