As a seasoned gamer with a penchant for all things medieval and grandiose, I must say that the upcoming Tours & Tournaments expansion for Crusader Kings III has me positively brimming with anticipation! With my years of experience in navigating the tumultuous waters of feudal politics and the thrill of jousting tournaments, this new addition promises to be a perfect fit.
Publisher Paradox Interactive has unveiled a fresh addition to Crusader Kings III, called the “Tours & Tournaments” expansion.
The release date is set for 18th November, and this item invites you to embark on grand tours – not the modern ones associated with Jeremy Clarkson, but rather the historic medieval journeys. Additionally, it offers an opportunity for you to engage in tournaments, including jousting, fighting, and various other entertaining activities that were part of the medieval lifestyle.
The description reads:
Allow wanderlust to guide your king’s aspirations on an epic journey, and interact with your people in a domain that may be perilous yet full of captivating amusements. Demonstrate valor in various chivalrous competitions, be they abroad or local, or utilize the festivities to eliminate a troublesome adversary.
Host magnificent events, ranging from opulent weddings to thrilling falconry hunts. However, remember that many festivities can serve as a disguise for nefarious plots – against adversaries… or loved ones.
Crusader Kings III is out now on Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PC. The new Tours & Tournaments expansion is out on 18th November.
