- You’ll be redirected to the Customer Service Center.
- Here, you’ll find various options for Account, Client, and Gameplay.
- To contact support directly, tap on Contact Us at the top right side near the arrow sign.
- Now, select the Issue Category from Account Issue, Penalty Issue, Reporting Issue, Bug Feedback, and more.
- If you choose Bug Feedback, also pick the Abnormal Scenario of the issue, then enter your UID, how often it occurs, Date of Occurrence, and your Device Model.
- After that, write a detailed description of the issue.
- Lastly, check the box and enter your email and verify it.
- Submit it and you’re done.
