Today, the revitalized Argonaut studio unveiled an updated version of the beloved platformer game titled “Croc: The Legend of the Gobbos“, which originally came out for PS1, SEGA Saturn, and PC in 1997.
Jez San OBE, founder of Argonaut, finds it incredible to revive the Argonaut name after a 20-year hiatus. For Argonaut, it’s all about exploring the limits of innovation in gaming,” said Jez San OBE. “I can’t wait to observe how the reborn Argonaut Games will uphold this legacy, commencing with the remastered version of Croc: Legend of the Gobbos.
The remastered version of “Croc Legend of the Gobbos” offers enhanced visuals, an improved camera system, user-friendly new features, redesigned controls, and other optimizations, ensuring that Croc’s quest to save the Gobbos from Baron Dante is as current and enjoyable as ever.
The game offers a flexible control option, allowing you to choose between traditional or updated settings. Additionally, it introduces ‘Crocipedia’, a comprehensive digital museum housing design blueprints, concept artwork, animation trials, pre-launch soundtracks, and exclusive chats with the developers.
The action-adventure game titled “Croc: Legend of the Gobbos” is currently available for purchase on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC platforms at a cost of $29.99 or £24.99.
