Cricket WAG Erin Holland shares details about long-distance relationship with husband Ben Cutting
As a devoted follower of Erin Holland’s inspiring journey, I find her relentless dedication to her long-distance relationship with Ben Cutting truly commendable. Despite having grown up in Cairns and not traveling much until her early 20s, she has made up for lost time by packing countless flights into her itinerary, averaging an astounding 130 per year – a testament to her unyielding love and commitment.
Erin Holland has disclosed the surprising number of trips she makes during her long-distance marriage with Ben Cutting.
35-year-old wife of a cricketer frequently travels from Brisbane to Sydney at least twice a week to be with her partner, as reported by Confidential on Wednesday.
Each year, the ex-Miss World Australia typically takes approximately 130 flights to be with her versatile partner who is 37 years old and watch his cricket games.
Holland commented, “This year, I’ve taken approximately 85 flights, which is quite a reduction from my typical average of 130 per year. Needless to say, it’s been rather busy.
Growing up, I didn’t have the opportunity to explore different places, as I lived in Cairns and our family trips were non-existent until my early twenties when I won the title of Miss Australia.
‘Since then it’s been trying to pack as much in as I can.’
Although Holland’s permanent residence is in Sydney, she frequently travels to Brisbane, at least twice a week, to be with her husband who resides there.
When not handling domestic flights for him, Holland frequently travels to destinations such as India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Africa for Cutting’s cricket games instead.
The news follows the purchase of a new house in Hawthorne, Queensland by Holland and Cutting earlier this year; they had planned extensive renovations.
At the auction, the property development company owned by the pair, Golconda Property Group, successfully purchased it for a price of $2.8 million.
Covering a generous two-story layout, this family residence offers five expansive bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Constructed in the traditional Queenslander design and dating back to the 1900s, this property boasts beautiful polished hardwood floors inside and an inviting outdoor terrace for enjoying the fresh air.

I excitedly announced my recent acquisition on Instagram in May, accompanied by pictures of the property, which were posted together with my esteemed partner, Holland and Cutting.
This week, we at Golconda Property Group are quite pleased with ourselves! We’re currently brainstorming ideas for the renovation of our latest Queenslander property acquisition. Any suggestions on what to call her? – Holland
Holland and Cutting officially tied the knot in a stunning ceremony in Byron Bay in February 2022.
