He acknowledged that he would have gotten lost within the relationship as he was prepared to sacrifice everything to keep it going.

‘Looking back after a few months, I can understand your changing mood during our separation better now. That’s because, in order to move on, you need to work through the stages of grief… It’s all about perspective.’

On Valentine’s Day, he expressed that he’s constantly open to the idea of finding love. He enjoys the concept of living life side by side with another person and at this moment, he’s particularly thrilled about discovering someone to embark on new adventures with.

‘A lot of my life is on the road, so yeah, we’ll see. We’ll see what happens.’

Last week, Conover played his cards close to the vest when explaining his side of the break-up.

On Thursday night during Watch What Happens Live, the reality star was questioned about Desorbo’s claim that she had never been unfaithful, either physically or emotionally.

Host Andy Cohen inquired from the Sewing Down South executive, who stated he would have proposed prior to the separation, whether he agreed with his ex’s comments regarding the speculations about unfaithfulness.

‘I don’t want to be involved,’ Conover explained. 

He mentioned that the relationship had ended, and he is now the former partner, working towards moving forward in his life. His statement implies that the breakup wasn’t something they both decided mutually, as three years of shared history came to an end.

He stated that he won’t allow himself to be drawn into their drama, alluding to the cast members from Southern Charm.
