Corrosion of Conformity add a new leg to 2026 tour – Here is the where and when

If you enjoy skilled and powerful stoner metal, you likely already love Corrosion of Conformity – and you should! While metal can often be raw, Corrosion of Conformity demonstrates that it can also be sophisticated and layered.

The band from Raleigh, North Carolina, started out playing fast, aggressive hardcore punk, and hints of that energy still come through in their music today, though it’s much more subdued. These days, Corrosion of Conformity sounds more like the heavy, psychedelic band Electric Wizard than the fast-paced hardcore of Bad Brains – and that’s perfectly fine.

The band is playing at smaller, more personal venues, which really suits the feel of their music. It’s still energetic and powerful – it is metal, after all – but it’s also atmospheric and beautifully crafted.

Corrosion of Conformity announce new dates for expansive 2026 tour

I’m so stoked! Corrosion of Conformity already had a tour planned for next year, kicking off in Atlanta in April and going until the end of May. Now they’ve added even more dates – all in July! Whores and Crobot are coming along for the ride as support, which is awesome, though it sounds like the opening band will change depending on the city.
