Coronation Street star hints he’s ALREADY signed up for Celebrity Big Brother after Jack P Shepherd was crowned series champion
Actor Ben Price from Coronation Street has subtly suggested that he might soon join other famous faces in the Celebrity Big Brother house, following his colleague Jack P. Shepherd’s victory as the show’s winner.
Previously, friends and fellow actors, Jack and Colson Smith, who are also colleagues of the 53-year-old actor playing Nick Tilsey on ITV’s soap opera, have participated in the well-known program.
At the Soap Awards on Saturday, Ben jokingly told TopMob, standing with Colson and Jack, that he’s all set to appear on Celebrity Big Brother next year.
In the April final, Jack emerged victorious against Danny Beard to claim the title as the series champion. JoJo Siwa finished the tournament in third position.
After our victory, Jack shared with TopMob that upon returning to work, “Everyone is just as they were before. Everyone seemed thrilled. It was unexpected, the goal wasn’t actually to win.

The actor often received nominations from his co-celebrities living in the house, a fact he attributed to him expressing indifference about being put up for elimination.
He explained: ‘I was only one that wasn’t bothered if I was nominated. I said to them, it’s fine.’
The three hosts, still going strong with their “On The Sofa” podcast, took a moment to discuss and reflect upon Colson’s emotional departure from the soap opera. This came after his character, Craig Tinker, suffered a heartbreaking exit following his on-screen death last month.
Colson expressed: ‘It felt strange, there were many significant hurdles to surmount, and surprisingly, the final day turned out to be quite pleasurable because all that hard work had led to this moment, and it was like bidding farewell to something that played such a massive role in my life.’
Despite some challenges, the day turned out wonderfully, as both Jack and Ben were present, along with my family who dropped by at work. To cap it all off, I found myself in a warm gathering at Roy’s Rolls.

As a lifestyle connoisseur, let me share that this past weekend saw the gathering of the crème de la crème from the realm of serial dramas at the British Soap Awards. Mark your calendars for June 5th, as the grand event will air on ITV.
Eight awards were swept by EastEnders from the BBC during the ceremony, whereas Hollyoaks took home three, Emmerdayle bagged two, and Coronation Street received just one award that evening.
They kicked off their wins with Best Episode which went to Phil’s Psychosis: The Mitchells In 1985.

EastEnders was awarded Scene of the Year for Angie Watts’ surprising comeback, and Navin Chowdhry took home the Best Villain prize for his portrayal of Nish Panesar.
Steve McFadden, portraying beloved character Phil Mitchell, was honored with the Best Dramatic Performance accolade, and Patsy Palmer received the Best Comedic Performance award for her portrayal of Bianca Jackson.
Rudolph Walker and Angela Wynter, portraying Patrick and Yolande Trueman on EastEnders, were once again triumphant, taking home the award for Outstanding On-screen Duo.
Lacey Turner, the actress portraying Stacey Slater, was honored with the Best Leading Performer Award. Additionally, EastEnders, the soap opera, received the prestigious title of Best British Soap.
The journey of Hollyoaks’ accolades began when Isabelle Smith was honored with the Best Newcomer award, which she earned for her portrayal of Frankie Osborne.
In the end, the Osborne family was honored with the Best Family accolade, and the harrowing tale of sibling sexual abuse in Hollyoaks earned recognition as the Best Storyline.
In Emmerdale, Amelia Flanagan received the Best Young Performer award for her portrayal of April Windsor, while Mike Plant was honored with the Tony Warren Award, an accolade typically given to those who work unseen behind the camera.
On Coronation Street, the only award presented that evening was the Outstanding Achievement Award, which was given to David Neilson, who has portrayed Roy Cropper for thirty years.
The British Soap Awards will air on Thursday, June 5 at 8pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
