Law enforcement visited Jim Edmonds’ residence, which belongs to Meghan King‘s former husband, earlier this year, following allegations that she had unauthorized entry onto the premises.
40-year-old King, who divorced Edmonds (age 55) in 2019, was allegedly reported to have entered Edmonds’ Missouri residence multiple times on May 1st, leading to a disturbance. The police report, which identified Kortnie as the current wife of Edmonds and the alleged victim, was filed following her call to the authorities.
Reality TV personality King denies the allegations and informed the authorities that her visit to the residence was to deliver clothing for her and the ex-couple’s daughter, Aspen, who is 8 years old.
According to a report from US Weekly, Kortnie asserts that King visited her home around 5 pm and repeatedly rang the doorbell.
Kortnie asserted that she went to the door to retrieve Aspen’s dress, which King was expected to have placed outside.

Later, former professional baseball player Edmonds informed the police that he had footage from his surveillance system capturing the incident.
According to the report published on June 6th, the parties reached an agreement on a consent order. This means that King is prohibited from approaching or getting close to Kortnie. Additionally, they must maintain a distance of 150 feet from each other at any events involving their children. Furthermore, King is not allowed to mention Kortnie on his social media platforms.
A source added that King agreed to the order to ‘avoid prolonged litigation.’
On August 12 charges were ‘refused’ in the case and it was later reclassified as ‘inactive’.
Per the publication, Kortnie filed a restraining order against King after the incident.
As officers headed towards the residence, they received word that King had departed the location in a Jeep. Spotting the vehicle, they initiated a stop, eventually pulling her over.
The report stated that Meghan reached out to her former husband, Jim Edmonds, earlier in the day to organize a clothing drop-off. Later, it was mentioned that she also contacted Jim’s current wife, Kortnie Edmonds.
A trustworthy confidant mentioned that the Queen was en route to a function in St. Louis when Edmonds brought Aspen’s communion gown for her. She consented to this, and requested a conversation with their daughter upon her arrival.
