Devsisters, the creators of Cookie Run: Kingdom, have teamed up with the popular KPop Demon Hunters for a special in-game event! This collaboration is happening now and will last until May 6, 2026, adding new characters, a fresh storyline, fun activities, and other exciting content to the RPG.

CookieRun: Kingdom x KPop Demon Hunters Collab: New story and playable Cookies

The highly anticipated CookieRun: Kingdom and KPop group HUNTR/X collaboration is now available! First announced at Devsisters DevNow 2026 last month, the event features a new story set in the Dark Cacao Kingdom. Players can join forces with HUNTR/X to defend the Cookie world from a demon invasion.

In addition to this special episode, HUNTR/X Show in the Cookie World!, three new playable HUNTR/X Cookies with different abilities are being introduced. Here they are:

  • Rumi Cookie: She is a fast, close-range fighter who can eliminate any demons with her blade. She is the only HUNTR/X to know a well-guarded secret.
  • Mira Cookie: She is a front-line fighter built for aggressive combat and up-close pressure.
  • Zoey Cookie: Zoey is a ranged attacker who can pierce any demons from afar.

CookieRun: Kingdom x KPop Demon Hunters Collab: Limited-time gameplay and mini-games

Beyond the fresh story and cute cookies, there’s also new stuff to do in the game, like different gameplay modes, special event battles, and a fun mini-game created for the collaboration. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Limited-time gameplay mode: You can try the new survival-style mode, Live! Survival on Stage, which includes the HUNTR/X Cookies. You can earn various rewards by completing the Set List missions here.
  • Event battles: Gwi-Ma! Demon Distress is also a fun special boss raid that lets you fight Gwi-ma, the demon king, and ultimately protect the Cookie Kingdom.

I’m having a blast with everything so far, but I’m really looking forward to the new mini-game they added for the event! It’s called Derpy’s Catch the Jelly Worm, and it’s super fun – you basically race to grab as many Jelly Worms as you can and try to beat everyone’s high score. It’s another great way to earn rewards!

And lastly, you get various cosmetics and Kingdom decor to enhance your in-game space.

  • You can collect themed costumes for HUNTR/X and the Saja Boys.
  • You can also place the four new interactive buildings in the Kingdom for unique character motions and play music.
