As a fight fan with years of experience under my belt, I can’t help but get excited for this week’s Dana White’s Contender Series! The card is stacked, and the Navajo Stirling vs. Phillip Latu match-up at light-heavyweight promises to be a barn burner.
We’ve reached the midpoint of Season 8 for Dana White’s Contender Series, and we have an exciting lineup planned for Week 5. The main event features a clash in the light-heavyweight division between Navajo Stirling and Phillip Latu.
Stirling, an unbeaten fighter from New Zealand, is stepping into the ring with four victories behind him. He recently secured a third-round TKO victory against Sam Kei at HEX Fight Series 31 in June. His upcoming opponent, Latu, has seven professional fights under his belt, with six wins. This Colorado-based fighter is riding on a four-fight winning streak, having defeated Dylan Potter in their latest encounter at CFFC.
