Last year, a man named Thynne, known for his dedication to bodybuilding as he claimed not to have skipped a single set of curls for three consecutive years, found himself facing 17 charges related to domestic violence against a young woman.

In Brisbane’s District Court on Wednesday, Thynne’s unidentified victim, due to legal constraints, was present. It was anticipated that this individual would officially admit guilt for seven charges, which had been escalated to the higher court.

Instead of waiting for Judge Jennifer Rosengren’s decision on Thynne’s case, which she had anticipated would bring an end to a prolonged ordeal, she found herself compelled to post a troubling online message after the events that transpired.

In simpler terms, Thynne’s lawyer, Greg Maguire, informed the court that Thynne couldn’t appear in court today. The case has been postponed for sentencing, which will take place a week from now on Thursday. Bail was officially denied for Thynne.

The accusations levied against Thynne have posed challenges for his well-known half-sibling Tammy, age 31, who encountered strong public criticism last month when she openly refuted speculations that she was backing him amidst the rumors.

In a popular TikTok video with over two million views, Hembrow clarified that she didn’t bail out her younger brother. She made it clear that she has no involvement in any legal matters concerning the situation.

She typically avoids discussing matters of this nature, but given the gravity of the situation and the inaccuracies being spread about her, she felt compelled to clarify that they are untrue.

‘Firstly, I have had no involvement whatsoever in ever bailing my little brother out of anything.

I have no part in the legal matter at hand, and I’ve had no communication or interaction with my brother for some time; I haven’t met him personally either.

‘I’m not involved at all, in any way. So I wanted to make that clear.’

She further clarified that she disapproves of any kind of ‘aggression or physical harm’, expressing her sympathies towards all those affected.

This week, Thynne was absent from court proceedings. When approached by Daily Mail Australia, his businessman father, Nathan Thynne, chose not to provide a statement.
