On May 5th, she expressed that she had completed a chapter for her upcoming book, and she genuinely believes it could rank among the finest pieces she’s ever penned.

The poem resonated deeply within me, striking a chord so profound that I found myself moved to silence and tears. It seemed as if those words were directly plucked from the core of my being – honest, powerful, and unrestrained.

‘Disrupting established routines, challenging assumptions, and embracing change – in a sense, transforming oneself – can lead to a unique form of liberation that is difficult to articulate yet undeniably powerful.’

She encouraged her audience to truly heed the voice within them signaling it’s the right moment for transformation, further emphasizing: ‘Then, stand firm… cling to love, hope, optimism, and beauty. It’s VALUABLE! You are VALUABLE!’

She went on to say: ‘Though the uproar around me has been deafening, I refuse to be lured by others’ pain. Instead, I am here to speak honestly, write authentically, and live wholeheartedly – even if it’s not always comprehended.’

Kelley expressed that she’s never felt more clarity, lightness, or happiness than she does now. She went on to say that she is eager to experience and express love and life in ways she hadn’t previously thought were attainable.

Four days later, the post appeared as she had informed fans that she was taking a break from Instagram to focus on her family, complete her book, and appreciate some tranquility.

In a playful manner, she delved into a section discussing limits, asserting that she’s only recently come to understand their significance in establishing them.

She mentioned that she has devoted an entire chapter to the topic for her upcoming book, as she believes expressing “here is my limit, and now it’s your turn” carries significant strength.

Kelly, a qualified life and self-improvement guide, made it clear that she was ending her marriage with Scott, who is 57 years old, through an enigmatic message on Instagram on Tuesday.

She shared that, filled with sadness, Scott and I are choosing to end our marriage.

‘This has been a long, quiet journey for me — rooted in hope, patience, and care for our children.’

Kelly chose not to disclose the cause behind their separation, yet she later discussed embracing ‘healing’ and discovering ‘liberty’ in the upcoming phase of her life.

Additionally, she praised the Party Of Five actor as “an exceptional companion whom any woman would consider fortunate to live alongside,” and requested that fans honor their personal space and privacy.

Scott has yet to publicly address his and Kelley’s split. 

The announcement came one week after they celebrated their 21st wedding anniversary.

The couple did not publicly honor the milestone on their respective social media pages.

The year prior, Kelley made a concerning revelation as she marked their 20th wedding anniversary.

The celebrity from reality TV disclosed that she considered ending their relationship when she detected Scott’s behavior of prodding her and instigating conflicts.

Initially, I attributed it to stress or learning about someone’s quirks, Kelley wrote. But then, a familiar sensation surfaced within me – one that I’ve disliked in the past. This was a feeling I had put considerable effort into understanding, healing from, and becoming aware of if it reappeared.

As a lifestyle guide, I’d put it this way: “I felt like I was betraying myself, like I was contorting my boundaries to meet someone else’s expectations, all while knowing I hadn’t done anything amiss.

Kelly reminisced about removing her engagement ring and giving it to Scott, then informing him that she wouldn’t stay while someone was trying to dig up flaws in her.

In a situation where she might lose him permanently, Kelly stated that Scott took action and worked hard to preserve their relationship.

This long-term pair tied the knot in the year 2004 and have three little ones – Jackson, Miller, and Lucy – under their care.
