Coleen Rooney’s Post-Gym Glow Up After Dubai Getaway

Coleen Rooney cut a sporty figure on Tuesday as she departed her local gym in Cheshire.

In a stylish ensemble, Wayne Rooney’s wife was spotted wearing a sleek long-sleeved zip-up garment and black exercise leggings. She was carrying her items towards her car. (Age 38)

She finished off her outfit with a pair of large, black-and-white sneakers and pulled back her dark hair into a low bun.

For her vigorous exercise routine, the television host added a stylish touch with two tiny silver hoop earrings and opted to go without makeup.

Colleen, along with her spouse Wayne (age 39), and their children – Kai (age 15), Klay (age 11), Kit (age 9), and Cass (age 6) – returned to the United Kingdom on Monday. This trip also included Colleen’s parents, Colette and Tony.

Coleen and her kids went to Dubai to back Wayne, who was instructing at an expensive football training camp worth £8,000.

However, they have flown back to the UK as a group after their brief stint with Manchester United seems to have come to an end.

It seems that since Wayne started his new job, Colleen has taken over the responsibility for managing their household at their home in Cheshire on her own.

More recently, it’s come to light that due to his unemployment following his dismissal as manager of Plymouth Argyle, she disclosed that her spouse has been driving their kids to school, adapting to life without a job.

She mentioned that since Wayne has come back to their 20-million-pound residence, which they call home, he’s now responsible for taking the children to school as he can devote more time to their four kids.

Yet, it’s been acknowledged that she’s unable to persuade her spouse to participate in household chores.

At a recent event, the WAG commented: “Now that Wayne is home again, it’s wonderful to share the school drop-off duties with him.

‘Wayne will take our kids to school, so I can go to the gym for an early workout.’

However, it seems that Wayne’s break may be short-lived, given reports suggesting he’s in negotiations to become a pundit on Match of the Day, set to begin next season.

In 2025-26 and 2026, Gary Lineker will carry on serving as the presenter of the men’s FA Cup and the 2026 World Cup for the BBC, having declared his departure from hosting the highlight show last year, but returning to these roles instead.

Wayne aims to become part of the well-known program, scheduled to start in August with hosts Kelly Cates, Mark Chapman, and Gabby Logan, as a rotating analyst. Reports from The Sun suggest he could potentially earn up to £200,000 annually for his contributions.

Previously prominent player from England has likewise shared that he aims to re-enter management, even after his recent termination.

In an episode of the Stick to Football podcast, sponsored by Sky Bet, he expressed his longing to get back into the world of football.

Wayne mentioned his desire to return to management, but only if it’s the appropriate team.

As a keen explorer, I’m taking my time to weigh my options before venturing back in. There are various opportunities I’m considering to engage with… but if something truly seems like the perfect move, I won’t hesitate.

In every team I’ve played for, I’ve deliberately placed myself in demanding circumstances. I’ve enjoyed some wonderful moments, as well as some difficult ones, but they all serve as valuable lessons for the future.

Occasionally, you may have varying strategies that you aim to communicate to team members. At times, there might be a hint of overconfidence creeping in, thinking, “I know the correct path.” However, having talented teammates aids in this implementation.

I’m adaptable and open to joining a U-21 squad or taking on a coaching role, as my age allows me to continue learning and growing. I just need a team with talented players at a high skill level.
