As a lifestyle expert with decades of experience under my belt, I must say that Coleen Rooney is setting some serious fashion goals here. Her ability to blend comfort and chicness effortlessly is truly commendable. The practical gym attire paired with a sleek high bun, oversized sunglasses, hoop earrings, and white trainers screams ‘I mean business’ while maintaining an air of sophistication.

Coleen Rooney looked effortlessly chic as she departed her morning Pilates class on Tuesday.

The WAG, 38, stepped out a a practical pair of gym leggings, a black T-shirt and a grey hoodie.

She enhanced her style by wearing a longline blazer and completing the look with white sneakers.

Colleen gathered her hair neatly into an elegant high bun, donned large sunglasses to protect her eyes, and added some flair with hoop earrings.

After wrapping up her Pilates session, she took along a water bottle and some extra socks for yoga, then jumped into her vehicle and drove off to return home.

Coleen’s recent social gathering follows news reports indicating that Rebekah Vardy might be required to contribute approximately £1.5 million towards Coleen’s legal expenses, stemming from their Wagatha Christie court case.

Two of Rebekah’s businesses have disclosed their financial reports, indicating they are deeply in debt amidst her ongoing dispute with Coleen.

According to recently disclosed data from Companies House, the businesses belonging to Rebekah and her professional footballer spouse Jamie collectively owe approximately £230,000.

At V9 Academy Limited, assets totaling £31,448 were recorded, while liabilities to creditors amounted to a significant £161,337. This business is co-managed by Rebekah and Jamie Vardy, as well as John Peter Morris.

Back in the books of BKYV Media Ltd, we find assets totaling £26,948 and liabilities amounting to £77,157 towards its creditors. Notably, this company is under the management of Rebekah Vardy.

On the other hand, it appears that Rebekah, aged 42, and 37-year-old soccer player Jamie’s third business venture is in a stronger position.

Under the leadership of Jamie, V9 Media Limited – a company where Rebekah serves as a director – reported an earnings of £260,000. Of this sum, they paid £50,000 in corporate taxes.

It has retained earnings of £794,286 down from £805,088 the previous year.

In total, I managed assets valued at approximately £493,139, which included fixed assets and inventory, along with liquid cash amounting to £293,786 and debts owed to me totalling £149,386.

Last year, a company named Wagatha Christie International Limited was established. This company specializes in media representation services and won’t be required to submit its financial records until early next year. It’s important to note that this company is entirely owned by Rebekah.

In simpler terms, it appears that Rebekah will have to pay approximately £1.5 million to help cover Coleen Rooney’s legal expenses following their libel dispute.

Coleen’s team are disputing the ‘disproportionate’ 20 per cent costs they had been ordered to pay.

In the year 2022, it was decided by a judge that the claims made by Coleen, aged 37, that Rebekah had disclosed stories about her to The Sun were essentially validated as factual.

In the scathing verdict of Mrs. Justice Steyn, Rebekah was characterized as someone unreliable when it came to testifying. It was suggested that she intentionally disposed of evidence that could have been critical to the case. Despite her continuous claims of innocence, this portrayal raises doubts about her actions.

The after-shocks of the bombshell trial continue with the two parties wrangling over legal costs.

In May, it was reported that Senior Judge Andrew Gordon-Saker advised the legal teams of both Coleen and Rebekah to find a resolution, stating: “If this continues, it may drag on indefinitely.

If neither team manages to reach an agreement, it’s likely that Colleen’s expenses will be discussed once more during the hearing scheduled for October.
