Coleen Rooney 'is set to miss a string of I'm A Celebrity trials due to a secret health battle triggered by her Wagatha Christie court case'

As a die-hard fan of reality TV shows, particularly I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!, this news about Coleen Rooney has me both excited and concerned. The thought of seeing her navigate the Australian jungle is tantalizing, but knowing her health might be at risk due to reactive arthritis triggered by stress makes me a tad anxious.

It has been reported that Coleen Rooney might miss several challenges on I’m A Celebrity, as she is currently dealing with a recent health problem.

According to reports, the WAG aged 38 is said to be one of the celebrities planning to relocate to the well-known Australian camp towards the end of this month, following a significant payment from ITV executives.

On the other hand, although fans might expect Coleen to participate in some Bushttucker Trials on the show, it’s been disclosed that she may be excluded from certain tasks due to her having reactive arthritis, a condition that impacts the joints and can be triggered by stress.

Previously, Colleen had revealed that she experienced a debilitating episode of the condition as a result of the intense stress from her legal dispute with Rebekah Vardy over the Wagatha Christie case.

It’s believed that ITV medics can provide relief for Coleen if her symptoms worsen while she’s in the jungle.

According to a source, the level of responsibility on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! is exceptional, and throughout its history, participants have been excluded from various tasks due to multiple diverse reasons.

Although some viewers might find it unimportant, executives are deeply concerned about the well-being and happiness of celebrities, as evident in their desire to protect Coleen, whose reactive arthritis can be stress-induced. They aim to provide a nurturing environment for her to stay contented and healthy.

At the moment, the situation appears stable, making it more of a possibility that it won’t escalate as opposed to an inevitable progression. However, close observation of her health status is crucial. If she experiences a recurrence or flare-up, each trial’s impact on her performance will be assessed individually and accordingly.

TopMob has contacted representatives for Coleen Rooney and ITV for comment.

Reactive arthritis is a condition that can cause causes redness and swelling (inflammation) in various joints in the body, especially the knees, feet, toes, hips and ankles.

It can develop after an infection, but can also be triggered by stress.

Last year, in her Disney+ documentary, Coleen asserted that the stressful Wagatha Christie court case was the primary cause of her experiencing severe anxiety, which in turn led to her illness.

The TV personality was sued for libel by Jamie’s wife Rebekah Vardy, 41, last May with a nine-day trial ultimately resulting in Coleen’s favour.

She mentioned that the incident led to considerable worry, accompanied by many tears, and she has been diagnosed with reactive arthritis. Previously, she had experienced it, but this particular situation exacerbated it significantly.

Overwhelmed by this captivating universe, I found myself lost, devoid of my usual self. The thought of interacting with others became unappealing. I was ensconced in an isolated realm, far removed from the pleasantries of society. Truly, it was a forbidding abode.

In my continued statement, I admitted how deeply affected I was during that period. My feelings became evident, which intensified the interview process, yet it also provided an opportunity for self-reflection.

Throughout the entire process, I remained steadfast with my convictions. From the very start, my account has been consistent, and I was speaking the truth.

It’s being reported that Colleen could be making over £1.5 million for joining the popular ITV primetime show hosted by Ant and Dec. This move is allegedly seen as a form of payback against her rival, as Rebekah was eliminated early during the 2017 season.

As I eagerly anticipate Coleen’s upcoming adventure in the Australian jungle, I couldn’t help but notice Rebekah, aged 43, seemingly taking a playful dig at Coleen, who is 38. This appears to be a jest based on Coleen’s 2019 interview where she humorously compared Wayne Rooney’s wife to a bird that might leave unwelcome droppings in your hair.

On Monday, Rebekah posted an old photo from her jungle days, accompanied by the mysterious message: “That sensation when you begin to notice recycled cliches.

Rebekah playfully jabbed at her rival in the WAG scene by adding a lively pigeon emoji, hinting that she was subtly referencing her well-known “bird” comment.

A source close to Rebekah, who is associated with Leicester City, has stated that she no longer holds any desire towards the program and will definitely not tune in.

However, an expert predicts that Rebekah will closely follow ITV and pay close attention to every comment made by Coleen on the matter. Similarly, it is expected that Vardy’s legal team will keep a keen eye on the developments as well.

According to brand and cultural specialist Nick Ede, there’s a strong possibility that Rebekah might take legal action again if Coleen mentions anything that could potentially tarnish her reputation.

However, although Coleen is aware that ITV wants her to reveal additional details about the Wagatha Christie case and their feud, she would have been cautiously advised by her legal team regarding what she is and isn’t allowed to disclose before entering the jungle, asserts Mr. Ede.

‘100% Rebekah will not be happy that Coleen is going on the show’, he said.

She’ll closely monitor the screen, eagerly listening and watching for any pieces of information from Coleen that might inadvertently tarnish her reputation.

Rebekah’s daring action of venturing into the wilderness on her own has been widely recognized. For Colleen to emulate this path could escalate the existing situation, making it even more painful for Rebekah.
