COD Mobile is ending the year with a huge update! Season 11 celebrates the game’s 6th Anniversary and includes a brand-new extraction mode, a crossover with Street Fighter, a new weapon and Scorestreak, and lots of fun holiday content.
Here’s what’s included in the update, launching on December 12th, 2025.
COD Mobile Season 11 2025 6th Anniversary: Key Highlights
DMZ: Recon Arrives
I was so excited when they announced this last month, and honestly, the buzz is totally justified! It’s a brand new way to play – alongside the usual Multiplayer and Battle Royale – called DMZ: Recon. Basically, you jump in, fight both other players and AI enemies, grab all the best loot you can find, and then try to get out before a deadly radiation storm wipes you out. It sounds amazing!

Successfully completing a mission lets you hold onto your equipment, but failure means losing it all. This mode also includes over 20 new camouflage skins to unlock by finishing challenges unique to this game mode.
COD Mobile x Street Fighter
Street Fighter 6 and Call of Duty: Mobile are teaming up! The collaboration brings special moves, unique items, and playable characters inspired by Street Fighter 6’s famous fighters to the mobile game. Players can enjoy two new limited-time game modes: one for traditional multiplayer and another for the Battle Royale experience.
Multiplayer Mode: Shoryu and Hadoken
This mode is a fast-paced, one-on-one fight where you start with only Prizefighter gloves and an increased jump height – no killstreaks are allowed. As you battle, a rage meter builds up, eventually letting you transform into either Ryu or Shigenori as the powerful Hidora Kai, Akuma.

Ryu can use the Hadoken and Shinku Hadoken, and Akuma fights with the Shoryuken and Shun Goku Satsu. The first player to get enough knockouts wins the match.
Battle Royale Mode: Street Royale
Okay, so as a huge Street Fighter fan, I was SO hyped to find out that in the Isolated map, holograms of Ryu, Akuma, Chun-Li, and Cammy actually show up! If you find one and interact with it, you learn their signature moves – Hadoken, Shoryuken, Spinning Bird Kick, and Spiral Arrow – and you get to use them for the whole match! It’s an awesome way to play with some classic moves.
COD Mobile Season 11 2025: Battle Pass and Challenge Pass
Free Battle Pass
The free Battle Pass includes the SO-14 Marksman Rifle and the Wheelson-HS Scorestreak, along with blueprints, Vault Coins, and cosmetic items to customize your experience.
Premium Battle Pass
As a huge fan, I’m loving the new Premium Pass! It’s totally embracing the holiday spirit with awesome Operator Skins – Ajax as Mauy Claus and Sparrowhawk as Iron Kata are just fantastic. And the weapon blueprints are incredible too! I’m especially excited about the Krig 6 – Noel Protocol, the CBR4 – Gingershot, and the SO-14 – Sleighstrike. They look amazing and I can’t wait to unlock them!
Players who subscribe to Ground Forces will receive the Lucas – Yarn Burner skin, the HS2126 – Supply Drop weapon blueprint, and a special Backpack – Gift Pack. As always, subscribers also get extra XP and discounts.

Challenge Pass
Finish Standard, Special, and Elite missions to get tokens, which you can then trade in for cool rewards. The Challenge Pass also works with the Secret Cache system, letting you unlock special items like the Streetsweeper – Source Code, as well as Street Fighter-themed goodies like the Luke Operator Skin and weapon blueprints.
