Call of Duty Mobile is starting 2026 with Season 1, and it’s embracing the winter season with a theme called Frozen Abyss. This update sets the stage for the year with new events, a new Battle Pass, and a brand-new Mythic Operator. The season arrives on January 14th, 2026.

Street Fighter Part 2

The popular Street Fighter collaboration is back for a second event as part of the game’s 6th Anniversary celebration! This new event features exciting challenges and rewards, including a blueprint for the M4 – Vulcan Blast weapon, the Charming Guile charm, and the Ryu’s Gloves melee weapon blueprint as the main prize.

Winter Events

The first season is all about its ‘Frozen Abyss’ theme, featuring several winter-themed events. Players can participate in a winter sports competition to earn rewards like the unique AS Val – Ski Slope Weapon Blueprint and the Otter – Slope Drifter Operator Skin.

Secret Cache Catch-Up Event

A special event called Secret Cache Catch-Up is now available, giving players who didn’t get all the previous rewards another chance to earn them. This time around, you can unlock items from past Secret Caches, plus new rewards like a weapon camouflage from Season 1 and the popular Legendary Striker weapon that was originally released during Season 11 last year.

COD Mobile Season 1 2026: Battle Pass and Challenge Pass

The Frozen Abyss Battle Pass is packed with winter-themed rewards! You can unlock new Operator Skins, Weapon Blueprints, Calling Cards, and even more Call of Duty Points as you progress through both the free and premium tiers.

Free Battle Pass

The free rewards include the LC10 SMG, a weapon that fires quickly and is easy to control in close and medium-range battles. You’ll also get the Inflatable Decoy, a new item that lets you deploy a balloon to distract enemies and create opportunities to attack. Plus, you can unlock winter-themed items, weapon blueprints, and Vault Coins as you play.

Premium Battle Pass

The Premium Pass adds to the Frozen Abyss theme with new Operator Skins, such as the American Bulldog as a Polar Explorer and Portnova as an Arctic Adventurer. It also includes weapon blueprints that match the icy look, like the Man-O-War – Tidal Lance and the LC10 – Tracker, which is based on the new weapon introduced in Season 1.

Ground Forces players get extra perks, including the Polina – Arctic Shadow Operator Skin, a blueprint for the Peacekeeper MK2 – Winter Expedition weapon, and the Backpack 3 – Winter Expedition. They’ll also receive XP boosts and discounts in the store.

Challenge Pass

During Season 1, the Challenge Pass asks you to finish Standard, Special, and Elite Missions. As you complete these missions, you’ll earn tokens that can be used to unlock seasonal rewards like a new look for the UAV Scorestreak and a new skin for the Frag Grenade.

Store Update: Mythic Codename: Lazarus and more

New Mythic Draw

Season 1 brings the new Mythic Operator Skin, Lazarus — Cosmic Wrath. This skin transforms a soldier into a fearsome, undead warrior with a unique and striking look. The Mythic Draw also features the Legendary FAL — Aether Fracture Weapon Blueprint, along with other cosmetics designed to match the theme.

Mythic Weapon Voting Champion

The popular Grim Ending Mythic Draw is back! It won the Mythic Weapon Voting event that started in Season 10. This Mythic features the AK117 — Grim Ending and will be available for a limited time in the Store starting January 23, 2026, as part of the new Champion Mythic Drop.

Other Draws and Store Content

Season 1 brings new items to the store, including the next set of Four Horsemen releases: Artery – Death and Echo – Eternal Grasp. You’ll also find Operator Skins like Phantom – Cryo Shadow, Minotaur – Polar Rage, and Dusk – Frost Cinder, alongside Weapon Blueprints such as EM2 – Frigid Dominion, HVK-30 – Polar Circuit, and LC10 – Glacial Ash.

Battle Pass Vault

This season, two Battle Passes are being added to the Vault: the Day of Reckoning Battle Pass from Season 2 of 2021. It includes rewards like the Mace – Back for More skin, Mara – Awakening skin, the AS Val – Judgement weapon blueprint, and the M4LMG – Checkpoint blueprint.

The Soldier’s Tale Battle Pass from Season 1 2024 is also being released, and it includes returning characters and items like Death Angel Alice – Wonder Lost, Artery – Heartless Queen, Striker – Death Spiral, and LW3 Tundra – Red Queen’s Rebuke.
