Based on our past collaborations, it’s reasonable to anticipate that we will feature mecha-themed operator skins, weapon designs, and potentially even exclusive multiplayer or battle royale content inspired by the Gundam universe. The Bandai Namco‘s Gundam franchise has been a long-standing success throughout the years.
Apart from console games, we’ve experienced mobile adaptations of the franchise too, such as SD Gundam G Generation ETERNAL, Mobile Suit Gundam U.C. Engage, and the discontinued Gundam Breaker Mobile. The latest crossover was NieR: Automata, introduced with the Season 5 2025 – Primal Reckoning update, where players got to participate in a themed event alongside the specialized YoRHa Unit.
As an avid fan, I’m thrilled to share that the recent update for NieR: Automata brought in two exciting characters – Kestrel – YoRHa No. 2 Type B and Fiona St. George – Commander White. While we know when this collaboration will take place, the specifics are still under wraps. Much like previous collaborations, I expect to see these characters integrated into Season 6 of Call of Duty Mobile. Keep your eyes peeled for more details on this front!
