It’s a time for joyous festivities as the popular game Clash Royale reaches its ninth birthday! In line with the celebration, the March 2025 update is here to add an extra dash of style! The Season 69, known as the “9th Birthday” season, offers a blend of festive surprises, balance adjustments, and thrilling new content for Clash Royale players.

Just as anticipated, there’s a new addition on its way – the Card Evolution. Additionally, we have a fresh Tower Skin, updates for the Season Shop, along with various offers and an assortment of fresh content. Here, you’ll find all the essential details you require.

New Evolution: Hunter

It’s time for the chase! The newcomer, Hunter Evolution, introduces an exciting fresh feature – the Net-Shooting Skill. With this ability, our advanced Hunter can ensnare enemy soldiers and momentarily incapacitate them. Upon making its first attack, the evolved Hunter dispatches a net towards the nearest soldier, immobilizing it or hindering its attacks for a span of four seconds.

If an aerial enemy is involved, it’s compelled to descend, making it vulnerable for ground forces to attack. The Net Gun ability repeatedly engages on the closest soldier after each round, but only one soldier at a time. The Evolution takes two cycles to initiate, implying that the evolved form will appear every third deployment.

New Tower Skins

With this latest update, we’ve got a brand new Crown Tower Skin that’s now available through the Pass Royale. You can unlock this regal skin once you reach Tier 56 in the Premium Tier of the Pass Royale, symbolized by the crown.

Emotes and Banners

Five fresh emotes are on their way, with varieties available through promotions, purchases, and specifically designed for “Path of Legends”. These new emotes align with the current season’s theme and its latest evolution. As for Banners, there will be one exclusive for Diamond Pass Royale owners, four more in the Banner Box, and another from the Season Shop.

Season Shop, Card Boosts, and Offers

The updated Season Store now offers rewards that can be swapped using seasonal tokens. Besides the usual cards, eye-catching banners and emoticons are worth considering for purchase. As before, there will be a total of eight cards to choose from within the store.

In this collection, you’ll find characters such as Cannon, Skeletons, Ice Spirit, Hog Rider, Musketeer, Ice Golem, and Fireball. Each of these cards costs 500 tokens when buying sets of either 100 or 25 cards, depending on their rarity. Purchase them up to 5 times. The Log card is the sole Legendary card, priced at 1500 tokens for a single card, until you’ve made three purchases.

To advance some Card Evolutions, you’ll discover Cannon Shards, Wild Shards, and a Rare Book in the Season Shop, respectively priced at 5000, 6000, and 10000 tokens. This round, four cards have been selected for an upgrade: Hunter, Royal Giant, Fisherman, and Lightning.

Balance Updates

Details about the Balance Updates remain undisclosed for now, but we’re sure some adjustments will be made as promised.
