• Clash Royale Season 79 in January 2026 will have several Events and Challenges.

Clash Royale is kicking off 2026 with a ton of exciting updates in January! Season 79, called Fire & Ice, will bring new events, challenges, tournaments, and even some brand new Heroes to the game.

Milestone Events: Clan Voyage

I’m so excited! Clan Voyage is happening again, not long after the one we had in November! This time around, there will be two chances to sail the royal seas. If you’re not already in a clan, now is definitely the time to join up – it’s the perfect way to get involved in all the events!

Game Modes, Events, and Challenges

1. Hero Wizard Draft

The event is happening now and runs until January 12th! You can build a deck and play with the new Hero Wizard in a special Classic Draft. The challenge is live from January 9th to 12th, and you can earn a Battle Banner (with a unique frame and decoration) and an emote as rewards. Keep in mind that you’ll be unable to participate again if you lose three times.

2. Snowstorm

This event runs from January 19th to 26th and centers around mastering the Warmth spell. The main challenge will be live from January 23rd to 26th, offering rewards like a Battle Banner (with a unique frame and decoration) and an emote. The rules for earning these rewards will be the same as before.

Crown Chase Events

This season’s game features Crown Chases with exciting rewards, including pieces to evolve your Baby Dragon, valuable Hero Boxes, Frostfire Lucky Chests, cosmetic items, and other goodies.

Clash Royale January 2026 New Heroes

So, this Fire & Ice Season, the game is introducing two new heroes: Wizard and Ice Golem.

• Hero Wizard: You’ll be able to add Hero Wizard to your deck, who throws flaming tornadoes that do splash damage. His Ability is called Fiery Flight.
• Hero Ice Golem: This hero can produce multiple blasts of wind that can slow and freeze nearby enemies. Ice Golem will be available from January 19, and his ability is called Snowstorm.

Clash Royale January 2026 Rewards

This month’s rewards feature Battle Banners, Baby Dragon Evolution Shards, Hero Boxes, Frostfire Lucky Chests, cosmetic items, and emotes, among other things.
