Clash Royale Evolutions Mayhem Challenge best decks guide

The “Evolution Chaos” Event and Challenge has made its way into “Clash Royale”, and if you’ve checked out the “March 2025 Events Calendar”, then you’ll be aware that this event will showcase as many as four Card Evolutions simultaneously, while another event will potentially feature up to 8 of them.

Best decks to use in the Evolutions Mayhem Challenge in Clash Royale

Using just four Evolution cards might not be necessary, but skipping out on them could mean missing out on some great opportunities in my opinion. Here’s a look at some top-performing decks and tactics for maximizing their potential.

1. Mega Knight, Firecracker, Goblin Barrel, Cannon, Arrows, Zap, Inferno Dragon, Goblin Gang

Average Elixir Cost: 3.5

It turns out that this deck performs optimally when adopting a defensive strategy and counterattacking. The best tactic for Mega Knight is to deploy him strategically in response to overextended pushes, which helps capitalize on the opponent’s mistakes. When the Mega Knight lands successfully, it’s advisable to combine him with a Goblin Barrel, thus compelling the adversary to use their spells.

1. The development of Firecracker continuously puts pressure as it inflicts area damage, making it tricky for the adversary to regroup.
2. Inferno Dragon is crucial against tanks, however, it’s advisable to safeguard it using either Goblin Gang or Cannon.
3. Cycling through Arrows and Zap prevents enemy swarms from thwarting your assaults.

1. Firecracker’s advancement continually forces the opponent, due to its splash damage, to struggle with resetting their strategy.
2. The Inferno Dragon is a valuable asset against tanks, but it should be guarded using either Goblin Gang or Cannon for protection.
3. Using Arrows and Zap in rotation prevents swarms of enemies from hindering your offensive moves.

The strategy lies in allowing your adversary to initiate an action first, following up with a powerful response that counters their play. Here’s the link where you can find the deck details.

It’s best to let your opponent take the first step, and then strike back hard with a strong retaliation. You can grab the deck information from here.

2. Skeletons, Archer, Tesla, Knight, Electro Spirit, Fireball, The Log, X-Bow

Average Elixir Cost: 3.0

This deck performs optimally when it swiftly cycles through cards and strategically deploys the X-Bow at the perfect time. A rapid card cycle can be quite annoying, but I maintained a sturdy defense using Tesla and Knight, ensuring I had a counter for incoming enemy troops before initiating an X-Bow offensive.

Developed Skeletons and Electric Aura serve as a delay tactic, allowing you to accumulate your elixir. The optimal approach is to position the X-Bow when your opponent’s winning condition is off-cycle, followed by using Fireball + Log to eliminate distractions. Replicate and experiment with this deck setup.

3. Dart Goblin, Wall Breakers, Goblin Drill, Royal Recruits, Arrows, Goblins, Goblin Gang, Miner

Average Elixir Cost: 3.4

This deck, with the frequent use of Goblin Drill and Wall Breakers, annoys opponents by forcing them to spend elixir wastefully. The evolved Dart Goblin is key for dealing continuous damage, especially when guarded by Royal Recruits.

As a seasoned gamer, I often position my newcomers at the backline to establish a powerful assault. Meanwhile, I employ the Miner to gradually wear down the enemy’s defense towers. Swarms of enemies can be managed efficiently with the Arrows, maintaining the pressure consistently. The secret is to never allow the opponent a moment’s respite, so if you’re aiming for something similar, give this deck a spin and see how it performs!
