Unified Town Hall Upgrades

As a dedicated gamer, I’m super excited about the upcoming game update that simplifies things significantly for Town Halls! Instead of going through tedious star upgrade levels from Town Hall 12 to 15, and also Town Hall 17, we’ll now have a clear, single upgrade level, just like Town Hall 16. This change is going to make gameplay smoother and more enjoyable for all of us!

For the benefit of players, this change eliminates excessive work and reduces resource expenditure on a single structure. If you’re currently upgrading, the ongoing process will be terminated, but your Town Hall weapon will immediately acquire the same stats as a fully optimized one.

Spring Trap Rework

Spring Traps are undergoing a major revamp. Rather than launching numerous small units, they will now zero in on a single unit, specifically, the one occupying the most space in its vicinity. If the occupied space of this unit exceeds the trap’s capacity, it will sustain significant damage.

1. If the damage ruins the troop, it will be expelled. But if the troop remains intact, it will be launched vertically. In addition, seven fresh levels are being added for Spring Traps, ranging from Town Hall 11 to level 12. Notably, this overhaul extends to Builder Base as well, with new levels of Spring Traps coming to that area as well.

New Battle Modes: Farming and Ranked

The multiplayer aspect is experiencing a significant overhaul, dividing into two distinct gameplay styles: Battle Mode and Ranked Battle Mode. In Battle Mode, attacks will serve as the primary method for farming resources, allowing players to pick their opponents freely, farm resources, and bypass bases without trophy concerns.

In contrast to regular battles, the Ranked Battles are centered around earning trophies. Unlike other modes, these battles have a limited number of daily attacks and there’s no option to bypass them. This setup caters to competitive play. Now, trophies can only be associated with Ranked Battles, enabling players to choose their own pace without being thrust into the Legends League prematurely.

League System Overhaul

In the revamped setup, leagues are being restructured hand-in-hand with the introduction of a fresh Ranked mode. Commencing from Town Hall 7, Ranked Battles mimic a scaled-down version of Legends League, featuring new levels and unique modifiers for advanced leagues. For both farming and ranked assaults, contributions towards Star and League Bonuses will persist; however, only the latter affects trophies.
